Bombs kill more than 200 in Sri Lankan churches, hotels on Easter Sunday

The government has acknowledged that it had "prior information" of attacks on churches involving a little known local Islamist group but didn't do enough about it.

How long do you think it will take the media to bury this fact? Who do you think they will pin the blame on? The government declared a curfew in Colombo and blocked access to social media and messaging sites, including Facebook and WhatsApp. It was unclear when the curfew would be lifted. So, what you will hear now will be government approved.

The term "religious extremists" is being used but not Islamic terrorists.

I would not be surprised if the next step is to say religious extremists means Quakers.

The news is already planting cover up stories "police reported on Sunday night that there had been a petrol bomb attack on a mosque in the northwestern district of Puttalum and arson attacks on two shops owned by Muslims in the western district of Kalutara."

That bit of information will completely disappear by the end of the day as ABC, NBC, CNN and so on begins the brainwashing.

Doesn't the right want terrorist attacks on Mosques downplayed? I'm getting the impression that divisive factions are being downplayed because it is escalating things to play it up.

In the US the right wants to make a huge thing about every muslim terrorist act, but take offense about a big deal being made when attacks on muslims by white nationalist terrorist oriented people or groups are pointed out.

I'm getting fed up with religiously oriented extremists in general, be they white, black, muslim or christian.

Truly a tragedy...

Sri Lanka has known war and violence for too long...

Pray our Father deliver Peace and Brotherhood unto them... Amen...
