I get why Trump won’t show them. It’s not because of audit. It’s because as complicated as his return is amateurs such as democratic congress people, MSM haters in general and liberals will twist lie and have no clue. Having said this I believe he should show them. Why? Because he said he would. One caveat I would add. Every elected congress person show there tax’s when elected and at the end of every Re-elected term.

I think every person seeking elected office, local, State and Federal, should be required to show their tax returns and financial statements before they take office and every year thereafter. It would be nice to see who they're working for - because it ain't us.

A lot of them won't be able too because they haven't paid any taxes.

Then their arrest on tax evasion should knock them out of the race.

Honestly major, google tax's owed by Federal employees and congress people. You won't believe it. Yet the average Joe gets hounded to death over owing a few hundred extra. I'm self employed and underestimated my income for the year for Obamacare. The IRS fined me 6200 dollars. Sucked.

"Because he said he would."

I like & agree with your caveat.

The last part I agree with. The former, not so much. Tax returns are personal and unless proof is made of fraud, which has never been proven of Trumps returns by the IRS. We know that there is much money owed by very prominent people in and out of Congress and I see no one going after them. Al Sharpton is one andhe has a long following. Before seeing Trumps returns, why aren’t members of congress setting examples and showing theirs? Screw their. Double standards.

It couldn't be because of the problems Trump has always had with fraudulent tax filings? The audits done by congress and the FBI are far more comprehensive than the IRS does, they typically reveal things the IRS misses.

Trump has a favorite playlist of sketchy tax dodges, some of his favorites have been ones that would result in him owing more taxes with penalties

...he builds itemized lists of expenses that have no receipts... not allowed and will be subtracted
...he claims property is worth whatever he says it is, $50 million equals $2.5 for tax purposes
...when banks write down a loss and restructure a loan, he sees it as his loss when it's his income gain
...he uses the same expenses for multiple business entities
...he's been busted for turning in modified returns his accountant did not prepare or sign
...he's had tax attorneys formally write letters saying they have advised him not to use certain write offs

Of course Trump doesn't want his taxes scrutinized, it's a huge liability. The nature of some of his real estate sales and transactions with undisclosed LLC's and how he has or has not claimed profits could land him in jail.

Don’t you wish that you had the wherewithal and expertise to do the same? Now, tell me you wouldn’t, and I will know you are lying.

I known times money. Well in your case probably food stamps. So save valuable time and don’t bother responding to anything I post. I hardly ever read your postings since I know you are a left wing troll and a waste of air.

I didn't know you got to see his tax returns. How did you do that when Congress hasn't been able too?

No, it's not coming out his backside, ... it's what he's reading with his head stuck up his backside, ... like the other liberals!
