Define 'National Emergency'.

"Congress did not define 'national emergency' in the NEA (National Emergencies Act), leaving it entirely at the President's discretion to determine what constitutes an emergency. The President's action is neither new nor extraordinary."

https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2019/03/14/donald-trump-border-national-emergency-declaration-constitutional-attorneys-general-column/3153552002/

"In declaring a state of emergency pursuant to the NEA, President Trump is using pre-existing statutory authority to address a legitimate crisis created by lawless conduct at and beyond our southern border."

The house and senate just did, and they said the border wall is not an emergency...

Trump's declaration actually does not fit the definition, and will be struck down in courts due to that fact... supreme court who can say, it does have a rather lopsided right wing bias

The House and Senate just passed a bill that will meet with the first veto of the entire Trump administration. Then what, Mr. Smartypants?

they need to do something to cure these issues. It was ok until we no longer wanted it to be ok, our laws are not supposed to work like that.
