I read where the best thing for anyone asked to testify in the Schiff investigations
should all take the fifth amendment stand and refuse to answer or turn over any
articles that are asked for. Schiff would have about eighty appeals in for the courts to take action, which could then be sent on to, eventually the Supreme Court. From what I read, this would be completely legal and would stifle the whole fake investigative witch-hunt.

Atta boy! Use the dimocrat's tactics against them. Deucedly clever!

QUOTE: You can argue that the judge was not proclaiming there was no collusion, but he DID say Manifort's trial was not about collusion.

So why is the right, including trump, claiming there was no collusion, when it was not discussed.

Probably a response to the dimocrats attempting to throw everything at the wall they think will stick. No charge is too frivolous for a lunatic liberal.

QUOTE: I think you need to get some context

It is not the left trying to associate this case with collusion. Trump and his fact free sycophants are the guilty parties.

Guilty of what? You blowing smoke again?

The judge certainly DID make the remark. But like always, you leftists are trying to sweep it under the rug.

"Yet the ubiquitous and relentless spotlighting by the media on the Manafort case and trial was, and continues to be, an implication and insinuation of that very thing: collusion by the Trump campaign with Russia. Otherwise, Manafort’s tax problems, the equivalent of a fiscal parking ticket compared to financial crimes in America (think 2008), would not even have made the inside pages of a local paper in North Dakota on a slow day. The media sold, and continues to sell, a collusion pig in the poke." ( I stole this quote from a comment in the NYT article.)

By now everyone knows Trump colluded, it’s just a matter of following the money—as in everything else Trump does.

A few desperate dimocrats vainly hope he colluded but after Mueller's fruitless efforts, their hopes are dimming. Kind of like a headlight powered by a AAA battery.

Apparently more than Mueller was able to provide. Are you saying that it was obvious that Trump rigged or encouraged interference in our election? Perhaps you know something that Mueller failed to find?

How do you know what Mueller has found? Have you been talking to him? Has he said that he hasn't found anything? Where do you get this information? Is this common knowledge?

Heh Dummy, it's not a crime to meet with people!! Only a fool or wingnut doesn't know that Trump was making a joke about the missing Clinton emails that were Criminally erased by the Clintons.

But the other side is awash in fools and wingnuts, hence their seriousness in floating new rumors.

Years ago I met Trump. A tall, skinny, squeaky clean guy who was light hearted and fun. He might not be skinny now, but he's the same person he was then.

I know people who know him, and they all say(except the skinny part ) the same thing. Immensely likeable, witty and smart.

The clintons have been involved in shenanigans for years and have involved everything from drug running into Mena, Arkansas to, I believe at last count, 58 mysterious deaths of friends, acquaintances and business associates and those that may have been able to provide evidence against them. Their land deals were shady as well as many later dealings involving her selling anticipated influence to foreign governments and leaders, as well as major American defense contractors. They even got "Golden Sacks" (my attempt at humor) to pay Bill exorbitant sums for speeches and after the uranium deal, Bill got another kingly sum from the Russians for inclusion in their "Clinton foundation".
Attempts to prove their guilt were all too often stopped either by FBI upper echelons or the Dept of Justice. And that, of course, included her e-mail fiasco as well as the Benghazi affair. The result was not that the clinton's did nothing illegal but rather that there was insufficient proof that got by either the FBI or the Dept of Justice. The fix was in! Pervert slick willy lied through his teeth about the whole "Monica" affair but the blue dress proved his undoing.
Your assertions that President Trump is unethical and unscrupulous are completely without merit. His business skill is what enabled our economy to reverse the tragic paralysis imposed by an absolute know nothing dauber incapable of managing a popcorn stand and set a new record stock market high and the lowest unemployment figures ever for blacks and Hispanics. And you think he is racist??? Perhaps because he has insisted on maintaining our legal standards regarding immigrants. As he is required to, by law. He is not the president known for creating the largest national debt in history as that dubious honor is held by obama as is obama's traitorous efforts to reduce our military to criminal strengths. That hapless narcissist reduced our army to pre-1940s strength and the number of ship bottoms equal to that we had in 1912.
Your assertion that he owes millions in taxes denies IRS findings. Should he owe any taxes, you may be assured that the MSM would be screaming to high heaven about his debt to the nation. You really need to go back and reevaluate your stand on his taxes. Simply because he has not opened his tax records does not prove his culpability. I'm sure you must be aware of that but like many liberal commentators ignore any possibility of innocence on his part.
I realize you have a burning desire for dozens of indictments to be levied against him, the business guy that blew potty mouth, lying hillary out of the water, but his business successes on behalf or our nation belie that possibility. Accept with grace his many successes on behalf of our Republic. And one of his most important priorities is building a wall to secure our border and stop the inflow of thousands of sponges that would absorb far too many of the hard earned benefits we have tried to stockpile for our own future.
In closing, for there to be an indictment, there has to have been a crime. I doubt you will see more than a handful, and that may be a stretch.

No, I have no spies in his office but I am confronted with common sense. Had he found something, after two years of apparently fruitless expenditures in time and effort, not only by him but by his team of 20 something zealous leftists hoping to uncover anything, and no reports of success, I can only assume that he has found nothing. Perhaps you have heard otherwise? The man is desperate for success yet he can only admit to negative findings on everything but extraneous material involving a few subordinates in the administration. Any false hopes that he has a package that will result in impeachment can only be placed at the feet of desperate democrats.

In the Manifort sentencing, the judge made a huge point that the Manifort "crimes" have nothing what so ever to do with Collusion with Russia.

NOTHING to do with any colluding with Russia. Zip. Nada. AKA - there was no Trump collusion with Russia.

That also means that all this got you Trump haters no closer to getting Trump out of office, at all.

LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That judge is a nut case he was appointed by Reagan and is obviously biased judging by his behavior during the trial and confirmed by the sentence meted out which was a slap on the wrist for stealing $50 million dollars in bank fraud and tax evasion

Prove it!

The Democrats are either humorless, or the most brazen liars, (most likely both,) when Donald Trump made a joke about the Russians finding Hillary's e-mails, because our premier intelligence agencies wouldn't look for them, to claim he was encouraging the Russians in any real way is stupidity or corruption on steroids, (most likely both as well.) And the only PROOF of collusion with Russians is Obama, his operatives and appointees, in his weaponized intelligence and law enforcement agencies, Hillary, the DNC, Fusion GPS, Perkins-Coie, British and RUSSIAN foreign agents presenting fabricated campaign dirt fraudulently to the FISA court to first spy on the Trump campaign, and then when they lost, to try to overturn the election. Now the Mueller probe is falling apart, so they are moving on to the next false narrative.
