There have been 15 mass shootings this year up to 3/3, and defining mass shootings means more than three. How peaceful was that? Most of those shootings were in states with loose enough gun laws that a good guy with a gun could have intervened...but none appeared. Show the victims your poster.

Hey, Hold a huge NRA gala and unfurl a 50'x50' image of that tasteless and indecent and insensitive poster before the families of those listed below:

May 18, 2018: At least 10 people were killed in an active shooter situation at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas.

Feb. 14, 2018: A former student who had been expelled for disciplinary problems is arrested after a shooting at a Florida high school that left 17 people dead and 16 wounded.

Oct. 1, 2017: Gunman opens fire on a country music concert in Las Vegas, Nevada, killing at least 58 people and wounding more than 500 others, in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

June 2016: Gunman kills 49 people at Pulse, a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.

December 2015: Couple kills 14 people after storming California social services agency. They are killed in gun battle with police.

November 2015: Gunman kills three after storming a Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic; he is arrested after a hourslong standoff with police.

October 2015: Gunman kills nine at an Oregon community college before killing himself after a gun battle with police.

July 2015: Gunman kills five at U.S. Navy Reserve center in Tennessee before being shot and killed by police.

June 2015: Gunman kills nine people in South Carolina church before fleeing, is captured the following day. The gunman, Dylann Roof, was sentenced to death.

May 2015: Nine killed in shootout between rival motorcycle clubs and police at Texas restaurant.

October 2014: Teenage gunman kills four teens, two of whom are his cousins, in Washington state high school before committing suicide.

September 2013: Gunman kills 12 people at a naval facility in Washington before dying in a gun battle with police.

December 2012: Gunman kills 26 adults and children at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut before killing himself.

August 2012: Gunman kills six people at Sikh Temple in Wisconsin before committing suicide after being shot by police.

July 2012: Gunman kills 12 people during showing of a “Batman” movie in Colorado.

January 2011: Gunman kills six people and wounds U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords in Arizona.

I think that's more than enough. No, we must not accept you as "handheld wireless peacekeeping devices," or please show how that heartless identity fits the above gun violence. Do you mean by peace eternal rest? You guys will never get how totally inhumane are your rabid support of murder and mayhem in America is. Your right to bear arms supersedes our children's safety? Look at all those lives lost. Damn it, look at them! A peacekeeping mission? That poster is beyond disgusting, it mocks all those who died and lost loved ones. How can yo not see that?
Okay then, I will take it as gun advocacy, though ... (show quote)

When did you get your OPP moderator license? I noticed some of your statements begin with "gunman kills"
so would you prefer knifeman kills like is common in the UK, or rock thrower kills as the illegals do at the border? Just arrest or shoot and kill the killer. If you don't like guns don't own one. But Sam Colt did more to make all people, regardless of sex or age, equal than any law out of DC. The handheld wireless peacekeeping devices was a joke, you just don't have a sense of humor.

AuntiE, a post against guns? Truly shocking. It is either that or a non sequitur: 1 an inference that does not follow from the premises specifically : a fallacy resulting from a simple conversion of a universal affirmative proposition or from the transposition of a condition and its consequent.
But let's go with this straightforward definition: "a statement that does not follow logically from or is not clearly related to anything previously said."

Sorry, please explain the odd "You must accept us as such or you are a racist bigot." The top statement seems at odds with the bottom statement, if the poster is meant to approve of guns.

What gets me is these putrid gun grabbing anti-2nd Amendment twerps like toid and Booby cite all these mass shootings, and equate conservatives, pro-2nd Amendment folks and NRA members in some diabolical way as being associated in these horrible events, yet they cannot reference, or show any proof what so ever, of one NRA member who has committed these atrocities.

In today's world, I'd never date a woman who didn't own a gun or two or could beat me at the range half the time. I might need to be saved some time too. No need for a woman who freaks out as I bleed out trying to protect her. The last thing I want to see are the bad guys getting their lights turned out and my last words to be that's my girl!

I find it annoying that many blame guns, yet not people...

My understanding is that the 2nd Amendment gives Americans the right to own guns...
Guns can be used to kill people...
So Democrats want to change the laws to limit gun ownership...

But illegals kill as well... Example... One fifth of vehicular deaths from unlicensed drivers are illegal immigrants... That thousands of deaths per year... Illegals aren't protected in the constitution...

So... Take away constitutional rights from law abiding citizens in order to (possibly) make things safer... But allow illegal non-citizens to remain in the country despite the danger they represent...

Does that about sum it up?

I know that guns and illegals are two different topics... It's just the hypocrisy (in my opinion) that I fail to understand...

Might be two different topics, however I think your comparing the two are spot on. Dimocrats are more concerned with limiting gun ownership and subverting the 2nd Amendment, than they are with illegal Mexicans hopping the border driving our streets and highways causing death an mayhem. It's a dimocrat thing~~~

It has puzzled me for some time...
If the goal is safety, why not start by enforcing the laws already existing?

Your last paragraph is pretty silly. No one is supporting murder. And yet....why is it that there are those who would deny anyone the right and means to defend themselves? How many of those people might have been saved if they'd had a gun and knew how to use it? How many? How many lives are saved every year because people had a firearm? How many? How many childrens lives might have been saved?

THOSE are valid questions. Also ask yourself why the left leaning MSM only very rarely shares the life saving stories or pro 2A stories. Because they have an agenda. Those stories are out there. Why do you think people go to alternative news sites? Because we can't trust the MSM to be fair and objective.

I call heartless those who would deny anyone the right to defend their loved ones and themselves.

Sorry, that logic makes little sense. "Illegals aren't protected in the constitution..." Lol, what? Where does that come from? Please explain.

"Take away constitutional rights from law abiding citizens in order to (possibly) make things safer... But allow illegal non-citizens to remain in the country despite the danger they represent..." What rights are taken away? and how does the rest is relate? Sorry, what connection?

Are illegal immigrants protected by the constitution?
Are there not people seeking to ban certain types of guns?

I work hard to treat you with respect Rumi... Put a little effort in on your side, k

The poster isn’t an attack on guns. Why do you think it is?
