You just made me spit my coffee. Good one.

Examples of "loser teachers" IMHO would be any teacher who is a member of the Communist Teachers Union.
Abel, you caught my attention. Communist Labor Unions?? Why do you say teacher unions are communist?

Raise your sights to the Federal level and note how the money to the States is controlled.

Because they have their CTU conventions. The last one I recall was in Seattle, but I can't recall the actual date; getting old ain't for sissies, and various organs don't function as well as they used to. All teachers are not communist, but there are far too many that are, and they influence those who are not, and they are being forced to teach from books that are being rewritten to be less than complementary to our history and our culture than they should be.

What is a CTU convention?
I do know about texts, little used though they may be. I was asked to use a biology text which did not have a pic of a birth. But the one they wanted had a detailed paragraph about how a female can entice a male to erection. No pics, so they were fine with that. They called them selves the Christian coalition. Well, Ok! LOL!!

You are implying something beyond communism here. Teachers who teach, teach. Text book or not and many times without. When I taught, I detested being told how and what to teach by those who had never been in the classroom, so I and my fellows didn't bow to them. That is, we did not do what they said to do. I understand that today the uppers are putting the pressure on teachers and they defend themselves with their unions just as my dad did in the automotive industry. To not challenge the leftist leaders of the education system with teachers unions is to deny what we, as teachers are about, or were. It is these "communist" teacher unions which give teachers the teeth to stand up to the leftist idiots who think they can infiltrate the classroom with nary an iota of accountability but to threaten or harm the teachers. Teaching is a non-profit occupation and I support unions of teachers which stand up to the idiots who run the schools and the dopes who have not a clue as to how to raise a child. The good parents support the teachers hard core. Hard core!! But there are just too many idiots out there who want to dictate how a class is to be handled and how kids are to be taught. The teacher should ALWAYS be supported, no matter what!! Good admin know who the good teachers are and they can be handled with good documentation an discourse. BAd admin bow to parents and capitulate to idiotic elected school board members wo are just as bad as the "education" agencies who try to dictate idiocy to teachers.
I hope you are seeing a pattern here. I make no excuses and offer nothing less than education for the students I taught and other teachers teach. And no matter how bad things might seem in a class room, kids, under the direction of their parents, can get what they want and need out of a class, if they want to. TEACHERS ARE NOT THERE TO BLOW SUNSHINE UP THE ARSES OF THEIR STUDENTS, NOR OF THEIR PARENTS.
For all involved with a child in education, get that through your thick heads. It was so enlightening when the child of a teacher complained to their teacher parent about a teacher. LOL! The response was always, "you will have to figure that out and deal with it." "Oh, your teacher is unfair? Well too damn bad! Deal with it!" Our kids turned out great!! We blew no sunshine up their a$$es!!!!!
Best you can do Bobbie? And you title yourself Bad.
