Question!!!...Do you think we should let her in???
Yes, take her back, but give her a 6x8 cell for 20 years.
Her ISIS son, no way! He will be an adult long before she deserves to see the light of day!

The article compares her case to the cases in Europe... She would face trial if she returned...

She could be brought back as a war criminal and kept without trial if it is determined that she committed a act of treason against the US. She would not be considered a US citizen. She would be put in a military prison, and at this time GITMO is the only one that houses ISIS, and technically we are at war with ISIS, ergo she is at minimum a enemy sympathizer, earning her an ocean view.

How can she commit treason if she is not considered a US citizen?
I stated earlier that I liked the GITMO idea...

A technical reading of law, but lawyers would consider all facts to make the determination. But in a nutshell;
When she departed the US, she was a citizen. If while out of the country, she joined (physically) a "militant" group that is considered an enemy of the US. Should this be the case, the moment she joined them, she would not be a considered a citizen of the US. Once she engaged in fighting against the US military, she committed treason.

Thanks... That makes sense...
I hope she is never released into society again...
She made her bed... Let her lie in it...

The addition of the period breaks it into two separate statements... Which made it unclear..
So I asked for clarification... Which Pennylynn provided...

From what I understand as of early this afternoon, whoever is in charge of this issue told her to go pound sand and said she will NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE UNITED STATES and that her citizenship has been revoked. I am still investigating this a bit further, but as far as I'm concerned after marrying 3 ISIS Jihadists (The first two were killed and I'm not sure about the third one that impregnated her), has no right what so ever to return to this nation that provided her and her parents safety and the benefits of our great country after committing TREASON AGAINST US. Never bite the hand that takes care of you! Her choice, her consequences.

She knew what she was doing and before she joined ISIS, she was an on line recruiter. So, sure tell her that she is on her way home all the way to GITMO.... get all the information she has, give her a nice bed.... a change of clothes, feed her and make her fell right at home for the rest of her life.... of course the razor wire and bars may block her view of the ocean....
Agree 100% She should never be allowed to set foot on American soil again. Military trial and GITMO for life.

After reading the entire thread I have to agree with you Kevyn. (which I thought would never happen in a million years). allow her to come back with a couple of stipulations.
1~ She is incarcerated without bail until the verdict, at Gitmo as CD has suggestion-ed.
2~ She is confined in solitary until the verdict.
3~ She relinquishes custody of her child, which will be placed for adoption.
Why the harsh treatment? She could be a sleeper cell intent on recruitment, or other terrorist activities.
Actions do indeed have consequences.

Credit where it is due..
I believe Pennylynn suggested GITMO first...
I do heartily agree with the suggestion...
And she should be confined in solitary after the verdict as well... She was a recruiter...
There is no need to risk her in the general population at prison...
