Mueller's Report Will Have A Hundred Reasons To Impeach...The GOP Will Try To Defend Just One

This is a typical and easy to prove GOP strategy, pick one thing they think they can effectively debunk, make a huge amount of noise and hullabaloo about it, negate it, and pass all the rest off as the same garbage.

There will be dozens of things we actually already know about, the right will say big deal, we already knew that and we don't care...because we already do know things that are impeachable but nothing has been formally brought up.

Yet when Mueller puts things in a formal report format they are different, they will look different.

A set of specific violations in report form starts with the statute, and reads the exact black and white nature of the violation and the remedy, such as removal from office. There will be a section on lying to the public, otherwise known as a breach of public faith. The statute spells out in black and white what constitutes a violation, then the violations are listed one by one in order and incident.

Stormy Daniels does it, over and over he lied, information came out and he changed his story to an okay...but I didn't do this, then he'd be caught in another lie and he'd follow that up with a lie.

Then there is obstruction of justice. The report will spell out what constitutes obstruction, and Trump did a hundred things that are defined in the black and white statutes. He did things in plain view in tweets and public statements, there is no defense going to alter the things he did in plain view. He and his supporters seem to believe that if he does something that would get him thrown in jail if he had a secret conversation with someone, it's okay if he does it in plain sight. If he had a private conversation with Manafort telling him hang tough (keep lying), I've got your back buddy (with a pardon), he'd be impeached and locked up. There is no difference in that or a public tweet or statement telling him good job, hang tough, keep refusing to cooperate...and yes pardons are on the table.

The obstruction of justice section alone will have several hundred pages, and we know a lot of what's in it.

The GOP will attack one thing, downplay it, and move on like it's all garbage. Except that the house will be responding and deciding how to write the relevant articles of impeachment.

You do realize the democrats are also experts with this strategy as are many others in various fields? Lawyers use it too.

People use it because it works.

Pay attention, in the court filings proving Manafort broke his plea bargain deal by lying, huge parts of it were redacted, those will be in a report...along with the links to other facts and participants.

Cohen's part alone lists Trump as co-conspirator one, which will be another section of the report

...then there will be the obstruction section
...then the Trump Tower Moscow section
...then there will be the money laundering section
...the tax evasion section
...the breach of public faith section (otherwise known as lying to the public)...Stormy Daniels and lies about NDA's

This report will be well over a thousand pages, and that's the short version
