You are correct, Trump's embrace of Putin, Kim Jong Un, and the Saudi prince and his attacks on his own intelligence community to favor those FOREIGN leaders can't possibly be construed as him being a traitor, at least not in his mind.

Trump is doing a great job of sabotaging every gain made by previous administrations to expand and promote the democratic objectives of the Western Alliance which while imperfect has kept the authoritarian fascist regimes of Russia, China, North Korea and Iran at bay and on the defensive.
By publically disparaging his own country and its Intelligence community in front of the smirking thug dictator Putin he has weakened this countries image and planted a seed of opportunistic adventurism in the fevered minds of those seeking advantage at our cost.
Since I am not a Democrat I can’t comment on what makes their butt hurt but at least anecdotally it seems they have moved on from Hillary and many stayed home in 2016 anyway which may explain in part why we ended up with this other barrel scraping.

If you had any common sense, you might realize that Trumps attitude to the possible enemies is one of the ways to keep a closer eye on them and the old adage stands. Keep your friends close snd your enemies closer. When was the last time that Kim threatened the UU???
