Oh please~ please ~please, they're doing well because the rotate their crops, I"m on the floor LMAO with that one! Do you have any idea what we just gave to the farmers? !2 billion so far and now another one. President Donald Trump said Monday that he would release a second round of payments to farmers hurt by tariffs

115 Percent of Trump’s China Tariff Revenue Goes to Paying Off Angry Farmers

“Billions of Dollars are pouring into the coffers of the U.S.A.,” tweeted President Trump last month, “because of the Tariffs being charged to China.”

It would be nice if it were true. But it is, in fact, doubly false.

More on:United States, China, International Economic PolicyTrade

First, tariffs are not “being charged to China.” They are being charged to American firms importing Chinese goods. As the left-hand bar in the graphic above shows, such firms will pay about $8.4 billion in tariffs on China imports by the end of 2018.

Second, this tariff revenue does not remain in U.S. government “coffers.” As shown in the right-hand bar above, all of it and more is being paid out to American farmers as partial compensation for their losses from Chinese tariff retaliation. The U.S. government has already committed to paying out $1.2 billion more to angry American farmers than it will take in this year from angry American firms.

By launching a trade war with China, therefore, the president has simultaneously raised taxes on U.S. companies and lost the government money. And with the farm constituency critical to his 2020 re-election hopes, the losses are only set to mount going forward.

It takes time to correct decades of stupidity! And it is not without a little pain. But hey, check out the futures prices yourself. This is a very big country and one cannot fully account for how all farmers are doing. But many are doing very, very well. And those who buy from China, well, they should stop.

I don't hate Trump, I have no respect for the man, a person with his corrupt demeanor, lack of any ethical code or moral compass, should never sit in a seat which demands all of those qualities at the highest bar possible. What is most sad is that you don't see the ramifications of such a person sitting in the seat of the White House.

If a lawyer were to behave dishonorably in his practising of the law, he is disbarred, does that mean the judges hate the man, no of course not. I have never said anything hateful of the man, I have only used words that describe his character. Use your critical thinking, be objective, not subjective.

I definitely saw what Obama sitting in the White House did for us, especially in terms of foreign policy. His line in the sand and his caving in upon it summarizes the Obama presidency to a T.

mikeya i am willing to guarantee that she will by far better represent the needs and interests of the american people, than any republican president, senator, and representative over the last 80 years and currently serving. Esp. Trump, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Lindsey Graham. Now I am not proud to disparage anyones looks. But since you brought it up mikeya here it goes.
Trump, its not normal for a persons skin to be more orange than pumpkin. I bet halloween is his favorite day. Graham, now there is definitely something wrong with him. Really. Have you ever seen a more goofey looking guy. McConnell, now this guy tops the list. Look at his pitted, swollen, lumpy, splotchy assed face!!! My god have you ever seen anything like that shit!!! He is definitely the closest thing to a Neanderthal Man we'll ever see. A throwback for sure. And to think the silly conservative republicans of Kentucky elected and re-elected a caveman to represent them in the u.s. senate.

And that Manchelle obama is considered to be beautiful is the biggest achievement ever acquired by the media. A bigger triumph than refuting the kenyan birth place of obama.
And congratulations to Manchelle's groomers, who must have been busy 24 hours a day.

Who exactly are you referring to on buying from China? Now China us buying from Brazil instead of us. One thing the farmers need to consider is a lot of countries aren't taking our commodities due to GMO's.

Same ones you were referring to.

Yes, I wasn't sure if you were talking about another country also buying Chinese Goods. I can't believe that we buy more Chinese toxic apples over American grown Apples, that is just too much. But hey now we're allowed spray apples with our own DDT's thanks to Trump.

Did you go to the same economics school as Halexandria Obamio-Castrio did?

Not unless you live in Africa. The mosquitoes there are becoming resistant to other chemicals in the malaria-plagued regions of Africa. It's being used as an indoor repellent. This according to the New York Times.
