An emergency by definition is a sudden and unexpected crisis that demands immediate responses
If it can be put off it is not an emergency

Leftist is an emergency. It has just been ignored. But when an emergency is overlooked for too long it's no less of an emergency and it's getting to be larger everyday. Almost to the point of too late.
Look what it has done to California. Now if you can think of any part of Calif that is better off with these leftist views please let me knoths souw.
An emergency would also be Mexican drug cartel controlling land 35 miles south of the largest nuclear plant in the US with a treasonous president saying "the border is safer than it's ever been".

Why is a state of emergency declared in advance of a hurricane? It is done to make preparations in advance to lesson the impact. If the president knows that ilegals are planning to come across the border in bands he needs a state of emergency to stop the impact in adance. When they are at the border it is too late

Does that include the 300% increase of terrorist crossing that border?

You have a good point about the preparation for an emergency. But in order to prepare, an emergency must be immanent and declared. This 'emergency' is nothing but waffling and posturing....Trump himself waffles and uses the emergency declaration as a negotiation tool...nothing more.
The 'national emergency', in this case, is only about saving face for the President and a way for Republicans to try to reopen the government that he shut down and took full responsibility for. In reality, saving the President's face is not a national emergency.

If you think semantics will keep Trump from demonstrating why you can't just
usurp an election or OUR national sovereignty with a bunch of bullshit go ahead and push it.

...and the NG will be called on to teach them a lesson...and if they dare take that crap outside Democrat strongholds they'll get taught a lesson by well-armed citizens who've had enough bull.

Yes....the government killing American citizens will surely prove what a great country we have. You do know that citizens have a right to peacefully assemble and protest, right?

It would prove, in the bitter end, which is inevitable if your stupid "leaders" like Waters and your stupid sources (pick one) have their way because they're all owned by the cabal, YOU CAN'T USURP AN ELECTION. THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!
Do you remotely
get that? Are the Dems willing to pay that?

1 concerned the H1N1 virus, 1 concerned malicious software, and the other 10 concerned foreign persons and governments.
He kept in force 19 others concerning foreign entities.

Easy there, big Mike. That bee in your bonnet has you more riled up than usual. Nobody usurped an election. We just had one. The Dems won the House. That can't be a surprise. Our government now reflects the nation...divided.
From my perspective, the folks who elected Mr. Trump are in no position to call other leaders stupid. JMHO.
But, if I pull back my perspective on the larger picture, I see this as an opportunity. If you remember before the election, very few liberals and Democrats actually wanted Pelosi as speaker again. That she is represents a failure for the Dems because it shows that there was no succession. IOWs, Pelosi again was inevitable because there was a break in the party leadership. As the Pelosi & Co. age out the new leadership will be a new generation.
I view that break as healthy. The Dems' upcoming Presidential campaign looks to me a lot like the 2016 Republican campaign. Lots of candidates and options with a good possibility for a dark horse winner. We will, finally, be saying good bye to the old regime.
I'm looking forward to that....what an interesting time to be alive.
