by Frank Holmes, reporter

The media howled when President Trump said that millions of illegals voters may have voted in the 2016 presidential election — but a new lawsuit has found one-and-a-half million illegal voters on the rolls… and that’s just scratching the surface.

To give you an idea of how big a problem it is, those million-plus registrations all come from just one county!

Los Angeles County has a population larger than 41 states…and it has a really big problem with its voting list.

The state of California has just admitted in court that almost one-third of the county’s registered voters shouldn’t be registered at all.

In fact, the county has 12% more registered voters than it has American citizens who are eligible to vote!

The problems have been piling up since Bill Clinton signed the National Voter Registration Act, nicknamed the “Motor/Voter Act” because it automatically registers people who sign up for a driver’s license…or welfare or disability.

Under the law, states have to remove voters who haven’t voted in the last two elections.

After all, if they haven’t voted in that long, they’ve probably moved out-of-state or died.

But Clinton’s Justice Department turned around and told state officials to ignore that part of the law—just keep signing up voters.

To make matters worse, Barack Obama doubled-down on orders to violate the law and pack the state’s voter lists.

“The result was that California was not held accountable for failure to maintain its voter lists for over twenty years” said Election Integrity Project California, which brought the lawsuit together with Judicial Watch. “It is no wonder that California’s voter rolls are in the deplorable condition they have been shown to be.”

Things got so bad that California has registered 101% of adults who are eligible to vote, according to Judicial Watch.

Altogether, 11 of California’s 58 counties has more registered voters than citizens over the age of 18.

Let’s not forget it was her huge lead in California that let Hillary Clinton say she won the popular vote. Now we know why!

But the whole crooked game is coming to an end.

Last year, the Supreme Court ruled that states had to follow the law on the books, not the law from Clinton, Obama, or Eric Holder.

In a 5-4 decision, the court told state officials point-blank that purging inactive voters is “mandatory.”

So, thanks to the decision signed last week, the state will finally start t remove illegal and fraudulent voters from its rolls.

Unfortunately, the problem spreads well outside California into the reddest or red states.

In 2013, the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) found that Mississippi’s Walthall County had registered 124% of eligible voters, and Jefferson Davis County signed up 105% of eligible adult citizens to vote.

Having bloated voter rolls and phony—possibly deceased—voters “invites voter impersonation and fraud,” said Linda Paine, president of the Election Integrity Project California.

In fact, the state’s highest elected official finally admitted last Thursday that Donald Trump was right—illegal immigrants may have voted in the state’s elections.

“Determining whether ineligible individuals who were erroneously registered to vote by the DMV cast ballots requires a complete review,” the office of California Secretary of State Alex Padilla told the Sacramento Bee.

The state’s DMV admits that it has made 105,000 mistakes since it started automatically registering voters on April 23, 2018.

At least one honest non-citizen fessed up that he had been registered as a California voter by the office.

The system is so error-riddled and fraud-prone that a Democrat like Padilla said he thought about shutting down the program altogether last October.

But if one came forward, how many illegal immigrants kept their mouths shut?

The Democratic Party has made America’s voter registration lists a joke and opened up our elections to fraud, manipulation, and theft.

President Trump should force agreements like this on the other 49 states—and send any official who refuses to comply to the slammer.

There is only one reason to oppose voter ID laws, and that is you want the ability to cheat. And it is the Democrat Party that opposes voter ID laws.

They know it is hard to do a photo ID of a dead person, even in Chicago.

The Chicago PD crime scene unit has enough experience at photographing dead people that it's probably an art form there by now.

An excellent post...
Should a citizen not be required to re-register any time they miss an election?
I am unfamiliar with this part of the US election system...

Of course photo ID should be required...

Hillary's "Popular Vote" votes and this is just ONE county!!! Imagine the others...San Diego, San Francisco...never mind other states like NY, Washington. Looks like Hillary not only lost the "Popular Vote" (which doesn't exist...or matter), but by a landslide!

Excellent article, sinnie, thanks!!! Voter ID anyone? I think a voter card should be a picture ID and you should have to show proof of citizenship to get it.
