What she wants is irrelevant if her illness prevents her from fully doing her job. If it does then she should retire.

What would be wrong with a supreme court that didn't "favor" either side, but adhered to the law and constitution?

The only acceptable nominations need to have a solid history of centrist legal positions regardless of their party affiliation. The supreme court if done properly demands no bias, not an "our side" mentality.

The left would support any centrist judge, the right demands the full on hard right conservative that has a proven track record of being perfectly willing to bring their conservative political and religious beliefs and ideology to the court.

Yea, like Ginsburg has not done her entire life. Never had to wonder which way she’d vote on anything.

Yes she always votes the right way just as Anton Scalia always voted the wrong way. The brains of conservatives are wired bassakwards

And here's what's wrong with your comment - Ginsburg made anti-Trump comments and then apologized for them. How is that for a supposedly "unbiased" Supreme Court Justice: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ruth-bader-ginsburg-apologizes-for-anti-trump-comments/

No body is unbiased every one leans one way or the other even independents

no propaganda please wrote:
She is not unbiased, she has stated many times that the Constitution is a living document and needs to be reinterpreted to suit the times and the people involved. The Constitution is changeable by amendment not what ever suites any one who chooses to reinterpret it to suit their politics. Trump would put in another originalist, that is someone who would not reinterpret the Constitution to suit their needs.

Amendment's are not easy nor can they solve a problem quickly passing amends are not the solution for every problem
