In Comey's testimony yesterday he saind he felt Trump had obstructed justice when he asked Comey to go easy on Flynn. But in the transcript he also pointed out the problematic nature of one of Obama's comments:
"President Obama’s statement in October 2015 on 60 Minutes that Clinton’s mishandling of government emails on her personal server did not constitute a threat to national security. Obama’s comment, Comey said, “threaten(ed) our ability to credibly complete the investigation.”
Why doesn't he see that as obstruction as well? It's all too obvious.
