What Was the Real Point of the Mueller Investigation?

Fact: In order to demand a "special counsel" investigation, you must have a 'suspected crime'. You cannot have an investigation 'in search of a crime' as this is. This makes the whole process a moot point as to whether or not it is even constitutional. https://spectator.us/special-counsel-robert-s-mueller-iii/

It must be something leaked by Comey to his buddy which was supposed to be what got the appointment of a special council, which said leaking is perfectly "normal" and"acceptable" according to Comey. What?????

It has NEVER been a legitimate investigation. Mueller is another Obama partisan appointee involved in the attempt to overturn the 2016 election Hillary couldn't cheat enough to win, even with Obama and his weaponized government agencies. I think it is the "insurance policy" Strzok and Page referred to in their texts.
