If the Me-To Movement would have just sent One Tweet to the Federal Judge about one of their own being Smacked Down,, This Ruling would have been thwarted..
Is there a First Amendment Right to have access to the White House? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
IT IS a Prevelige that not everyone gets.
This is a very calculated move against our President, by the Federal Court.
Will this ruling create a friendly environment between the Press and the White House? No!
Could #Me-Too have created a friendly environment in the White House? I think so!
But That's not really what we want, Is It ?
What do you all think?

PBS News Hour reads word for word, The Memo from the Justice Department on this matter.
"The President does have the Right to pull a Press Pass!"
Jim Acosta is a power-hungry, Control Freak!
He is not the only Scum Bags that has to represent CNN. In the White House.

President Trump said the reason the judge ruled as he did was because the White House has no published rules of behavior for those conferences. Apparently standards of common courtesy aren't adequate. He's putting some rules together and if they are violated, he said he'll eject Acosta again.

Ya know people just think that others like Acosta will act civil, courteous, mannerly, polite. That's the main theme in America. Show me some respect and I will acquiesce. Acosta wants to have the "upper hand" against the President. There shouldn't have to be any published rules to my thinking. Just why can't "normal civility" be the rule. Do unto others....or is that too biblical for the left. Pelosi would be fine with it since she is the new "holier-than-thou poster girl for the Left. Funny, Pelosi is going to bring in too much Christianity for the Left and all the atheists over there to handle and they're going to go ballistic.

The problem is that there was no smackdown of anyone. Once one party of an interaction iniates violent contact, chivalry dies and self defense rules apply.

The female intern was not smacked nor deliberately touched as SHE lunged in and grabbed for the mic and was unable to dislodge it from his grasp. The fact that the unplanned contact thus initiated by her action, of her arm with his hand as he twisted away from her can, at some artful angles and, if sped up artificially, appear to be a "karate chop" only shows that many people have never seen a real karate chop.

I think one of the "rules" thus generated should evict Mr. Trump from public conferences as soon as he starts getting snotty and disrespectful, saying things like, "Here we go again!" (eyeroll and mugface to camera) as he did for Mr. Acosta's respectfully worded but intensely pertinent and challenging question. If the best that a leader can do is this eight year old level snotty attempt to control the conversation, instead of imparting pertinent new information to his public we're all f***** anyway.

Mr. Trump is so easily distracted by creating and engaging in fake shiny baubles of disinformation and ongoing personal vendettas, that he cannot answer the need for information the public requires. Sad.

Ima leave that spelled with aterixes like autocorrect spells it because in spite of the word f*** having the presidential seal of approval through multiple uses in multiple presidential public venues with presidential friends, presidential family members, presidential children and presidential old people in presidential public speeches, OPP Administration has an unfriendly relationship with the word.

Normally, you would think they wouldn't need them. It's like going back to grade school and you have to have everything laid out in written form, especially with nimrods like Acosta. He's getting a lot of press time and he's probably loving being in the limelight. Too bad most everyone (including many in the press) thinks he's a regular self-centered A-hole.

CHALLENGE: Once this "list of rules of decorum and respect" is published... Really, wanna bet!?!.... Lay it down beside the conversation between Mr. Acosta and Mr. Trump in this press conference and grade EACH according to those precepts.

It will NEVER happen because the president's gross inability to be civil, if he isn't feelin' it, is well known to everyone. He would not pass muster, himself.

that is such a crock of shit. When did Trump ever act like the total asshole that Acosta is. I want to see it on video. Unlike Acosta, the President always shows decorum and you know it. Or prove me wrong.

White House pulls CNN reporter Jim Acosta's pass after contentious news conference
By Brian Stelter, CNN Business
Updated 10:58 PM EST, Wed November 07, 2018
.......Acosta was one of the first reporters Trump called on. "Thank you, Mr. President," he said. "I want to challenge you on one of the statements that you made in the tail end of the campaign."

Trump leaned into the mic and said, "Here we go" — seemingly relishing the confrontation.

Acosta brought up the migrants traveling from Central America toward the US southern border, and the racist ad referring to them that the Trump campaign released last week.

"As you know, Mr. President, the caravan is not an invasion," Acosta said. "It's a group of migrants moving up from Central America towards the border with the US--"

Trump, sarcastically, replied, "Thank you for telling me that, I appreciate it."

Acosta: "Why did you characterize it as such?"

"Because I consider it an invasion. You and I have a difference of opinion."

"But do you think that you demonized immigrants?"

"No, not at all. I want them to come into the country. But they have to come in legally."

That's what the migrants are trying to do — they say they intend to seek asylum.

Acosta called out the misleading ad and said: "They're hundreds of miles away, though. They're hundreds and hundreds of miles away. That's not an invasion."

"You know what? I think you should," Trump started to say, pointing at Acosta. "Honestly, I think you should let me run the country. You run CNN. And if you did it well, your ratings would be much better."

"Okay, that's enough,"
Trump said as Acosta tried to ask another question.

A White House staffer hurried over to grab the mic and carry it to the next reporter Trump chose, NBC's Peter Alexander.

"If I may ask one other question, are you worried--"

Acosta tried to point out that other reporters had also asked multiple questions.

"That's enough," Trump said.

The White House staffer tried to grab the mic from Acosta, but he held onto it.

"Pardon me, ma'am," he said, as she looked toward Trump, then ducked out of camera view.

"Peter, let's go," Trump said, trying to move on to Alexander.

"If I can ask, on the Russia investigation," Acosta said, "are you concerned that you may have indictments coming down--"

"I am not concerned about anything with the Russian investigation because it is a hoax," Trump said, "That is enough, put down the mic."

Trump backed away from the podium for a moment, signaling he was done, while Acosta asked the question again and then let go of the mic.

While Alexander started to ask his question, Trump said,
"I tell you what, CNN should be ashamed of itself, having you working for them." He pointed at Acosta: "You are a rude, terrible person. You shouldn't be working for CNN."

Then he turned to Alexander: "Go ahead." But he turned his focus back to Acosta: "You are a very rude person, the way that you treat Sarah Huckabee Sanders is horrible. The way that you treat other people are horrible. You shouldn't treat people that way."

"Go ahead,"
Trump said to Alexander. The NBC journalist then spoke up in Acosta's defense: "I've traveled with him and watched him, he is a diligent reporter who busts his butt like the rest of us."

"Well I'm not a big fan of yours either, to be honest," Trump said, prompting laughs in the room. He disparages NBC almost as often as CNN.

"So let me ask you a question," Alexander said, not missing a beat.

Acosta stood back up and spoke. His comments were not totally audible on live TV, but Acosta could be heard asking about the dangers of Trump's anti-media attacks, like the use of the term "enemy of the people."

"When you report fake news, which CNN does, a lot, you are the enemy of the people," Trump said, turning back to Alexander.

The point of this topic is that that the Me-too movement could have such a huge effect on the civility of this country, if they did not pick sides.
So far all I see from ME-TOO is the fact that they are opportunistic, picking only battles that put money in their pockets
Things will never change if people don't push for change together.
Bashing our president is sadly, not the answer.

I provided the proof you asked for. Instead of acknowledging that you decided to s*** on the chess board, turn over all the pieces and announce falsely that no response is worthy!

Foul! The only truthful and thus proper response is an acknowledgement that you were WRONG and an apology for your rudeness in asserting your inaccuracies! After all, weren't you the one who was demanding civil and respectful discourse and decorum!?!

That is total bullshit and I'm calling it on YOU.

You wouldn't know respectful discourse if it bit you in the ass. Like I said, you're not worth it.
