You'll still spend more each year, but the growth is slowed. And for heavens sake, quite providing these benefits to people who should not have them! And as far as the Department Of Education goes, I can't think of a department that takes so many dollars, does so little, and whose results are so awful (http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2017/02/15/u-s-students-internationally-math-science/ ranked 24th in Science, 39th in Math, and 24th in Reading). Do you honestly think we'd be doing worse if the DOE was abolished? I don't see how that's even possible. But don't listen to me - hell, I'm "DUMB"!

It would be nice, tho if someone would RE-FUND what the pols have stolen from social security. Its already been cut. I, personally, would have to live to 110 just to get the money my employers and I have paid in over the last 50 years, and are still paying in ( still working at 67, no end in sight)

Just like the many bailouts over the years, it's outright theft, and there are very few on either side who are innocent of this chicanery. I'm 66 and still on the job. I'd like to retire while my health is still relatively good. I don't want to go from work to rocker to grave. But we need to make sure we take steps to provide for our spouses so they don't suffer after we retire. Each year it's "oh hell...I can go another one".

Let us talk about dumb, Republicans vote for a party that want's to cut Social Security, Medicare, Public Education and any programs that help people. The Republican party wants to cut these programs in order to pay for a 2.5 TRILLION DOLLAR give away for the wealthy, that already have more money than they can spend in their live time. Republicans use these programs, many republicans are retired and rely on these programs to survive, but they vote republican and injure themselves financially. The Democrats just saved these fools from their own bad choices. SO YES, Let's talk about who's dumb. How many Proud Dumb Republicans do we have out there that think it's a good idea to increase the deficit by 2.5 Trillion dollars to benefit the rich minority and then turn around and hurt the less fortunate majority? At one point Trump said this tax cut "Is really going to hurt me", but it turns out, he benefited by millions of dollars. What a surprise. And you want to call someone dumb that is looking out for their family's best interest. Look in the mirror and repeat "DUMB".

Of course you present no evidence of your charges. That is what we expect of your ilk.

America will continue to reduce voting fraud. Illegals and the dead will not be voting in the future.
“Rampant fraud” uncovered in 2018 election

An army of political lawyers are descending on both Florida and Arizona — and Florida Gov. Rick Scott says there’s evidence of “rampant fraud” that should be concerning to every American.

The illegal immigrants will take a big bite out of your “Social Security and Medicare Budget” as the money gets diverted from those funds to Medicaid and Welfare as the libtards chant: “Open the borders and let them in!”

The last cartoon reminds me that a friend of mine came up to me at the coffee shop where we both hang out in the morning. He asked why I was reading the obituaries, and I explained it was to make sure I'm not in it.

And that's exactly why I never read them. Because one morning my name's gonna be there and that's really gonna put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. I mean, what a buzzkill! Right?

In AZ the Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes has been accused of destroying early ballots. Maricopa County holds the state capital. Although Fontes does not technically have the authority to order ballots destroyed, or set aside; he holds a lot of sway over county recorders. He sent a letter to the other county recorders ordering them to set aside early ballots during the recount as he challenged their legality. Once ballots are counted in a county, the results are sent electronically to the Secretary of State where the results from all counties are tabulated. The Sec of State has no physical ballots to check. Only the totals received. The letter from Fontes would explain why the recount in urban areas (which are predominantly Democrat) has not changed any outcome, but the recount in rural areas (which are strongly Republican and have a far larger percent who use early ballots) have a reduction in Republican votes. How many ballots which were set aside may now have been destroyed is unknown. I use early ballot and am really pissed off. What can be done if the ballots are destroyed? What good is a recount then?

The other issue is signatures which do not match. This seems to be far greater in urban areas. I have not heard that any law suit or official complaint has been filed over this latter issue.

Arizona, once one of my favorite places, is turning to crap. Back in the seventies I considered moving to Tuscon. It used to be a really nice place.
