Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s opponents continue to find new avenues of attack. The latest comes from the American Bar Association (ABA).

On Friday, the ABA sent a letter to leaders of the Senate Judiciary Committee stating that it is going to reopen its evaluation of Judge Kavanaugh, citing his “temperament.”

Temperament
Addressing committee Chairman Charles Grassley (R-IA) and ranking member Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), the ABA wrote, “New information of a material nature regarding temperament during the September 27th hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee has prompted a reopening of the Standing Committee’s evaluation.”

The referred to date, September 27th, is the day that both accuser Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding Ford’s sexual misconduct allegations.

During his testimony, Kavanaugh, with the justified indignance of a man whose reputation is being dragged through the mud, made an emotional plea that included expressions of grief and outrage. The latter is what opened up this new avenue of attack, as members of the left immediately began arguing that Kavanaugh lacks the temperament befitting a judge.

That flimsy argument — flimsy since it is contradicted by his 12 years as a judge on the circuit court, not to mention the rest of his immaculate career — was even espoused by former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, who on Thursday said there was “merit” to arguments that Kavanaugh lacks the necessary temperament of a judge.

“Well qualified”
As Kavanaugh mentioned in his testimony before the committee, the ABA in its original report had given him a “well qualified” rating — its highest. Kavanaugh credited this to his “judicial temperament,” saying, “that’s why I have the unanimous, ‘well qualified’ rating from the American Bar Association.”

In Friday’s letter, the ABA wrote that “Our original report must be read in conjunction with the foregoing,” adding, “Our original rating stands.”

The ABA also stated that it does not expect the entire confirmation process to be restarted. Whew.

What’s the point?
After allegations of sexual misconduct were made by Ford, the ABA was among those who requested and demanded that the Judiciary Committee put off a vote on Kavanaugh until an FBI investigation could be completed. It did not get its wish, at least initially.

The ABA needs to be re-evaluated because of their partisan idiocy. Add them to the same list as the ACLU, CAIR, La Reza and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Hate groups each and every one, if not communists or mohammedan terrorists.

I seriously doubt he’ll be confronted by false reports regarding his character while sitting on the Supreme Court. No man or woman could have sat calmly by while his personal life and the lives of his wife and daughters were being shredded by false allegations and the lies put forth by a ridiculous woman on the payroll of the Democrats. If anything traumatic happened to Blasey Ford, it was sexual rejection by someone she had put a move on. That happens!

A justice does not need a law degree to be on the SCOTUS. This is fake news. No where in the Constitution does it list or say that a JUSTICE must b a member of the ABA.

Psychology will tell me that bombarding the Judge with tons of false, fabricated accusations could trigger and affect the emotional sensation of every human being. That was one of the purposes of various fake attacks on Judge Kavanaugh. To hurt his feelings and get his reactions. These DIMMS have tried all kinds of falsified accusations that affected the most impeccable reputation of this brilliant and most moral judge I've ever seen in our US history. DIMMS did this to make him react.

The brilliant and most moral Judge has feelings. He is a human being, and when falsely and maliciously attack hurting his lifetime reputation, hurting his family, no human being could resist the pains inflicted. I felt it myself, and I cried for that. I did cry and until he was finally confirmed and sworn to, this time I cried with joy, instead of pain. Praise God, the righteous prevail in His midst. The brilliant judge was directly hurt emotionally and mentally, but vindicated by God. Now he is the Associate Justice of the SC, which he so deserves.

The DIMMS want to use the Judge hurting emotion to attack him further.
Ladies and Gentlemen: Please, please think, to save our country from these pervasiveness of evil happening all around us, vote for all Republicans at the Senate and in Congress. And think further, for the sake of your children's future, please vote all Republicans at the Senate and in Congress.

Drain the democrat SWAMPS, and TRASH out of Congress, if we have to continue living in our civilized Republic since the Founders have died, and sacrificed for it. May God bless America. May God bless Judge Kavanaugh, and may God bless president Trump! Thank you.

The Judge's track records and his position at the Circuit Court, 2nd highest court of the land did not have any inch of what the BAR intent is presenting. Fact is the BAR gave him the highest honor in association and reference with his position for the SC Justice.

These are the DIMMS, they'll do everything evil, to provoking him for any reaction. The Judge's track records have proven all the impeccable records he had since the early years of his brilliant life. People are jealous, they'll do everything to destroy.
