He has also been advocating for violence, and property destruction against us lately. The guy is off the rails.

Perhaps, CL.
But then there is that old thang "freedom of speech."

Why not do what many here do about posters they find unsavory or inappropriate? Just stop reading them!
While Kevyn (and some of my friends on the other side of the fence) may not always say things in a way that I would, I listen anyway.
Try to hear the message instead of the way it is presented.

Inciting violence is called sedition and is a felony.

"Sedition, a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison, refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it."

Sure does sound like Kevy qualifies.

I always do there, PaulPisces. I try to bend my mind to see some decency beneath everyone's messages. But everything must stop at the depths of name calling that he has stooped to. You & I disagree but I have never read anything from you that even approaches what he posts.

Mad Max Waters is in the same boat; Tow it 40 miles offshore and sink it. And add obama, holder, shumer, pelosi, reed, and so many others. It will save on the price of rope and tying nooses.
