Absolutely! However, I think he should have advance indication on which questions will be asked. Otherwise, even with a competent lawyer, he could be blind-sighted and respond (as he often does) without fully thinking the question through to conclusion. Those responses will fuel the press (because they will be front page) but encourage heightened criticism of our President. He may not have a single thing to hide.... but, ill-timed humor or off the cuff responses will not abode him well.
