Donald Trump issued an edict on his Facebook page Monday afternoon: The Washington Post will no longer be credentialed to cover his campaign. "Based on the incredibly inaccurate coverage and reporting of the record setting Trump campaign," Trump wrote, "we are hereby revoking the press credentials of the phony and dishonest Washington Post."

Maybe he is tired of leftists trying to shut down free speech/assembly at his rallys with violence? Just a thought.

Interesting thought, how will shutting down news outlets help that?

Mother Jones, and Washington post are not news outlets.
He can't, and has no right to shut down social media, so the leftists curtailment of freedom of speech/assembly through violence will continue.

It must be painful to be known as such an utter idiot.

Can you elaborate on this a bit? Or do you just intend to insult, and shut me down because I am right?

In what form would you like the elaboration?
Do you want a list of the subjects that you cannot address with a cogent argument?
Do you want an approximate number of times that you have been unable to speak to the subject of a thread?
You are right? Now that is interesting, you do realize that the Washington Post is the newspaper that broke the Watergate story? You do, right?
And Mother Jones? You may not like the reporting they do, but, to suggest they are not a legitimate news outlet is just plain stupid.
However, even if they were not it would still be sickeningly unAmerican for a presidential candidate to block their access for their readers because it is explicitly required under the First Amendment that there is freedom of the press.
I don't really blame Mr. Trump as much as I do those who should be interested in supporting the most important document of protection we have.
Give it away, good for you.

What is unconstitutional about Trump not answering to certain organizations? He is still a private citizen. Is he not?

I guess Obama doing the same thing to Fox News reporters doesn't count?

Not the same at all, PRESIDENT Obama did not block the attendance of any representative of FOX. The journalist was in the room he did not get to ask his questions.
Not everyone in the room gets to ask questions.
NEVER TO BE PRESIDENT Trump is denying access to several organizations at a whim.
You know that schoolyard whining thing that you guys like so much. EWWWWW, he is mean to me I will breach the First Amendment... he is working hard to look like a conservative, ya gotta give him that.

As I said (I know this is hard to remember for more than three seconds) he is a man who wants the chance to vow to support/protect the US Constitution.
