OBAMACARE LOOPHOLE "LEGALIZES FRAUD"

Under Section 156.270 of the 11,000 page of the OBAMACARE CARE ACT people need to pay a premium for just one month and then can qualify for a 3 month grace period during which THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANY PREMIUMS BUT CONTINUE TO GET COVERAGE FOR MEDICAL CARE.
The Insurance company must pay claims DURING THE FIRST MONTH of the grace period but during the 2nd or 3rd months Doctors and Hospitals will be left to COLLECT UNPAID BILLS.
And any MD who is paid by the insurance company during the last 2 molnths of the grace period will have to RETURN THAT MONEY if the insured doesn't pay their premiums!!!
In a sense it legalizes FRAUD by putting the burdens on the insurance company shoulders and the insured never paying any premiums.

I get your point and I agree with your stance, however, on the other hand it's hard not to say to hell with the insurance companies, they have been getting away with highway robbery and piss poor service for years..
All these people with pre-existing conditions have been ignored and denied by these money hungry crooks

That's a point of view based upon the excesses of free enterprise together with self reliance, basic honesty, work, and the Constitution, maybe religion. Toss in the philosophy of Buy it New, Use it Out, Make it Do, Do without and you have what America is/was all about. The world is not perfect and you have to take some bad with the good but now we are facing all bad, re-distribution of wealth, indolence, sloth, fraud,irresponsbility, poor morals, more social pathology than we can handle, Insanity and druggies, and non-human values etc etc etc etc. Its all a matter of degree not kind of life we want to live.

Seems to me I read somewhere that even the Democrats realize that Welfare as it currently exists was a big mistake because it perpetuates itself generation after generation. There needs to be a well thought out process that leads from Welfare to work.

What do you mean??? Fraud is already legal for Politicians. Just look at Obama, Holder, Harry Reid and most Democrats. They commit Fraud all the time with no problem, it's just that the average American Citizen cannot. American Citizens are not allow to Steal from the America Government.
