The unicorn is spoken of 'only' in Old Testament, making it Prophecy.
It is a military force:
"7 And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness." Isaiah 34:7
This verse is yet prophecy of WWII, and it's purpose in God.

As ancient Israel's land-mass makes the shape of the "Trumpet", so does America in it's infancy regarding the Continental Army. From Philadelphia, a founding city, on up to Maine, is the shape of a horn. One horn. The latin meaning of Unicorn is Uni= 1 + cornu= horn. One horn.

"9 Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?" Job 39:9.
Philadelphia is the cradle of our Nation, where God Fearing men and women thrived. General George Washington had a very strong and personal great faith in the Lord, as you read his personal memoires and prayers.

The ancient Alter of the Levitical Priests had four horns and the first mentions of the unicorn in OT had several horns. Now, it has but one- our brave and mighty Military that lays down their lives for what is "Right," preserving Freedom and Liberty.

The Plumbline: Spoken of in Amos 7.
"7 Thus he showed me: and, behold, the Lord stood upon a wall made by a plumbline, with a plumbline in his hand.
8 And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:

As ancient Israel mixed their bloodlines with outside nations (tho told by God not to do so), they became like a Plumbline. A Plumb is a 'fruit' of many colors: red, white, brown, black, yellow. The -line denotes ancestry; lineage. However, the Jews stopped producing God's good work when they had Jesus Christ crucified.
Jesus had said to the Jewish Priests before this: "43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." Matthew 21:43.

The new and unique nation of America, first and last of it's kind, is a Plumbline too! We are red, white, brown, black, yellow, but is this Nation doing the Good Works of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ??

This does not include taking what is wrong, and making it right, and vise versa. That does not work.

the bible is a big book mind you. dont assume I havent read any of it.
so far my favorite verse that I have remembered since the age of 4 has been Hebrews 12:1 "let us run with perseverance, for the race that is set before us" of course that isn't the whole verse. but I have remembered that my entire life, if I hadn't encountered that verse, I might be dead right now.
It is amazing what one piece of scripture can do in your life.

Some Bible versions of Isaiah 34:7 say oxen not unicorns. Since oxen have two horns, not one horn, not sure how that works with the logic of the prophecy.

1st example American Standard Version Bible says “And the wild-oxen shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls: and their land shall be drunken with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.”

The Basic English Bible says “And the strong oxen will go down to death together with the smaller cattle.”

Complete Jewish Bible says “The wild oxen will fall with them, the young bulls with the strong, mature ones. Their land will be drunk with blood and their dust made greasy with fat.”

English Standard Version says “Wild oxen shall fall with them, and young steers with the mighty bulls. Their land shall drink its fill of blood, and their soil shall be gorged with fat.”

Gods Word T***slation Bible says “Wild oxen will be k**led with them, young bulls along with rams. Their land will be drenched with blood. Their dust will be covered with fat.”

Hi Art! ya know, there is no coincidents within the Holy Bible. It answers itself. There is no magic to it at all, unless people that are nonbelievers choose to see miracles in that way.
Each and every word and letter written by God's Holy Prophets and Apostles are "Prophecy."
This verse in Revelation 19:10 is just one of many teaching that the Holy Bible is Prophecy. The Apostle John- still in his great vision does bow to the Angel: 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: "**worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."**

The oxen is something spoken of through out the Bible. The writing of the "Unicorn" however, ends with Old Testament, as Jesus Christ is the First to die for T***h and Righteousness, Salvation of man, as well as Freedom and Liberty of Faith and Worship- which was still a thousand years to come for Christianity. When the brand new America did win it's freedom and independence, there was a mighty military force- "a few" that overcame the dominating and dictating force of the many. This is how God operates and shows his might; where within a few, he overcomes many. He refers to this as the "unicorn," beginning with the "one", Jesus Christ, and his own Great Sacrifice.

I think many people have found 'that verse' which stayed with them, giving courage and will. Mine is "For God has not given you the Spirit of Fear (timidity), but of Power, Love, and of a Sound Mind." II Timothy 1:7.
Our Great and Omnipotent God is the Greatest Power there is. It is not a Spirit of fear, or shyness, but bold in T***h. God is Love and has created the Greatest works that mankind can only stand and marvel at. He gave the life of his Son as the ultimate sacrifice for sin so that mankind can be released from sin and join him in eternity. Through God's Son Jesus Christ and the good conscious that he gives, we can recognize our sins and sincerely repent of it. We can resolve old issues within us that keep us separate from God. Anger and Frustration is to loud of emotions in order to hear and feel your Lord.
I grew up as a child and early teens in Church. I went to church all the time, up to 3 times a week. I thought when stepping out into the world that all was going to be wonderful as Sunday school was. Didn't take long before life waylayed me time after time after time. I don't think I actually surfaced from it all until 1993, when I found that verse. It saved my life.

I wrote this poem about it, and it goes for everyone:
I searched for acceptance amongst those who knew you not, who feasted off my needs to fill their empty lot.
Famine spread wide within my mind, as this search bled my life from my soul.
Unrewarded love is like the wind, like tears that fall upon dust.
When my heart cried out with desperation to survive, you watered me with the river of life, filled me with your bread, and renewed my soul by your blood.
"I Love You" you promised, your set apart for me. Cast not your Pearls into the darkness which devours; for you were consumed.
Accept your life in me, sufficient for all your needs. Set this promise within your mind, and your soul shall never die, your heart shall never thirst, your life shall never lack, and your spirit shall obtain its inheritance in my Everlasting Reward.

At just eleven yrs old, I had learned in Sunday school about King Solomon and his great wisdom. That lesson really stuck with me for some reason. Then, just before I fell asleep that night, I was saying my prayers and I asked God if I could have wisdom too. Not to be as King Solomon, but to have wisdom too.
That was kinda odd for a kid, but wh**ever.
In 1993, that verse II Timothy 1:7, is the first verse or scripture that I actually was able to fully understand on a spiritual level. As I said, like you, it saved my life.

BEING A WITNESS

TO become for Christ a witness, requires at times a trial. .
Maybe a time of deep distress or a privilege of denial
We see a reformed criminal, or a prisoner of oppression.
Become someone so seminal, that faith sees progression.
Even those that suffer, abuse by compassion are then turned.
From a lifetime of evil use, to embrace love now learned .
When someone's power is destroyed, they feel abandoned.
it is God's power they have enjoyed, their agony is disbanded.

How we respond to disaster, can make or break our joy.
The healing will be faster, if the love of God we employ.
When you look to human mercy, you find it is only smoke.
No matter the controversy, you have become an evil joke.
Yet when you turn to God, He knows how you have stood.
With a controlling prod, can turn bad experience to good.
You blame yourself or chance, that led you to this place.
But you chose how to dance, so must experience the disgrace.

But God designs the session, that turns this into knowledge.
He will use your expression as admittance to His college.
You must gladly seek, the Lord when you feel you are lost.
He will pull your broken cord, and absorb all the cost. .
He will turn your bad design, from shame to shining glory.
And have you to resign to tell about your salvation story.
You may be in a place, far apart from any royal pleasure.
But God knows your face, can be used for His Holy measure.

You will see others as lost, maybe in the same place as you.
They never thought the cost, would bring them a thing new.
You have been given pardon and can turn your mercy hand .
To lead them to the garden, and help them to understand .
If your words are of pleasure, about how God displayed.
His love given without measure, when you were sore afraid.
God takes us buy his hand, and is showing you the way.
So you can understand, to Him we are like potters clay.

A SPECIAL JOB FOR ALL OF US, IS TO ALWAYS OFFER SUPPORT.
TO REMOVE ALL RANDOM FUSS, TO HAVE A CLEAN REPORT.
WE DO IT FOR OUR KIDS, FOR THEY ARE IN OUR TRAINING.
WE LOOSEN ALL THE LIDS, TRY TO AVOID THEIR STRAINING.
BUT IS THIS THE PROPER WAY? SHOULD WE BACK OFF A BIT?
ARE WE MOLDING THIS CLAY, SO THEY HAVE NO READY WIT?
WHEN WE MAKE THE EASY PATH, THEY NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE
TO WALK A TRAIL OF WRATH, AND LEAVE SOME ROOM TO DANCE

WHEN WE TRY HARD TO IGNORE, ANY CHALLENGE TO OUR TREK.
WE MISS THE TREASURE STORE, LOSE SOME OF OUR SELF RESPECT.
GOD DESIGNS OUR TRIALS, SO WE WILL ALWAYS SEEK THE LORD

WE CAN WORK THE CASE ALONE, OR CALL HIM FOR SUPPORT.
WHEN WE ARE HIS CLONE, WE SHOULD MAKE A GOOD REPORT.
GOD KNOWS THAT SOME TROUBLE, IS THE WAY OF THIS LIFE.
WE WALK THROUGH THE STUBBLE, AND CONQUER OUR STRIFE.
WE FEEL THE FINGER OF FATE, AS A PROMINENT DISTRACTION.
IT IS SATAN'S H**E, HE USES TO STIR UP ALL THIS EVIL ACTION

YET GOD ALLOWS THESE PRICKS, UPON US FOR ATTENTION.
HE KNOWS ALL SATAN'S TRICKS, ARE FOR OUR ELIMINATION.
GOD KNOWS IF WE SOLVE ALL, WITHOUT HIM IN THE TRIAL,
WE MAY NEVER ON HIM CALL, AND SATAN WILL THEN SMILE.
IF GOD MADE ALL LIFE UN-SLANTED, AS IT WILL BE IN PARADISE.
WE WOULD TAKE HIM FOR GRANTED, AND NOT SEEK HIS ADVISE.
WHEN WE FACE A BARRIER, WE CAN SEARCH OUR VERY SOUL.
SEE HOW WE THE CARRIER, CAN RESPOND TO THIS NEW GOAL.

NOW WHEN IN THIS UGLY PICKLE, TO ESCAPE AND TO PLEASE.
KNOW THE LORD IS NOT FICKLE, WE SHOULD BE ON OUR KNEES.
SOME OF THE EVENTS IN OUR LIFE, GOD HAS PREPARED US FOR
THESE ELEMENTS OF STRIFE, BY OBEDIENCE WILL BE NO MORE.
WITHIN HIS WRITTEN PAGES, AND THEIR TRAVEL OF THE PAST
CAN BE FOUND ADVISING SAGES, SO A VICTORY CAN BE CAST.
YOU MUST QUICKLY DETERMINE, TO FOLLOW IN HIS PATH
IN HIS MIGHTY SERMON, IN THE WISHES YOU SHOULD BATH

SPEND MORE TIME IN PRAYER, SIT IN A QUIET HOLY PLACE
LOSE EACH EMPTY LAYER, LISTEN TO THE SOUND OF GRACE.
ONE THING TO NEED NOT EVER DO, IS TO RESENT AND BLAME.
GOD FOR THIS STICKY GOO, THERE'S NO EVIL IN HIS NAME.
THE TRIAL MAY LEAVE US BROKEN, BUT FROM THE WORLD IS GOOD
WHEN THE LORD ALLOWS THIS TOKEN, IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD.
WE WERE ON A PATH OF PAIN, OR WERE THOSE IN OUR CHARGE.
GOD USED THIS TO CONSTRAIN, AND OUR FAITH TO ENLARGE.

WE MAY NEED TO RETRAIN, OURSELVES IN OUR BELIEF.
FOR GOD SAYS TO ABSTAIN, FROM WORKING WITH THE THIEF.
HE HAS YOUR LIFE DEDICATED, FOR SOME UNLIKELY TASKS
AND DISCOMFORT IS RELATED, IN DOING WHAT HE ASKS
HE MAY SELECT US TO EMPLOY, A SPECIAL TALE OR STRUGGLE
SO THAT WE CAN ENJOY, A CLOSE FORM OF HOLY SNUGGLE.
OUR FAITH MUST STAY STRONG, WHEN FIGHTING THINGS ABOUT
WE MUST SEE THE WRONG, BUT MAY HAVE LITTLE CLOUT.

WE CAN'T LET OUR FEELINGS, ABOUT THIS CIRCUMSTANCE.
WEAKEN FAITHFUL DEALINGS, BY UNCOORDINATED DANCE.
NO DOUBLE MINDED MAN, CAN OVERCOME THIS REASON.
TO THINK HE ALONE WILL PLAN, ON HOW TO END THE SEASON.
WITHOUT THE LORD'S ASSISTANCE, DECISIONS MAY BE RASH.\
AND WITHOUT CONSISTENCE, MAY WELL INCREASE THE BASH.
WHEN WITH FAITH YOU PRAY, BELIEVE THAT IT WILL BE DONE.
GOD WILL SAVE THE DAY, THE VICTORY WILL SOON BE WON.

A poem, and expression of Love and Gratitude on: Mother's Day

In you Mother, I've found the missing piece of my heart!

You pour out upon my foundation of life, your security of Love, which no daughter can do without.

I can stand tall upon this Earth, to which this; a Mother's
Love, does give birth.

My Precious Mother,
As you love me - I can love me
As you accept me - I can accept me
A Mother and Daughter's heart reflected.

In our Lord God, and Creator,
His Grand Love and Guidance,
there is no "Other,"
Save for the most special blessing:
The Love and Warmth found
In The Arms of Your "Mother"



I wanted at first to use the word Child in place of Daughter, but it was meant to be a personal poem for my mother, so I used daughter.
