I think it acts as a deterrent. Good Americans with CPLs t***slates into crime reduction. I learned that real quick in the state of Maine.”

Better late than never, but unfortunate that he is an admitted i***t as a police chief in that he couldn't figure that out without being shown that it works. He is the doubting Thomas of law enforcement. You have to show him the nail holes in the hands before he will believe the t***h. What else is he doing wrong that he needs to be shown a better way to do?

I would much rather have somebody who is intelligent enough to figure out the right thing instead of someone who won't learn unless you hit him over the head with a club.
