What do you make of South Dakota's Law?

"States like South Dakota are “creating laws that are conducive to a massive exploitation of a federal tax loophole,” said Edward McCaffery, a professor at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law. “We have a tax haven in our midst.”

Is this in keeping with Right wing Ideology, a slice of heaven for the so-called "job creators," or is it simply a betrayal of this country in the name of greed?

People who pay taxes on every cent they earn all their life, can have their assets taken by massive federal estate taxation when they die. Those who wish to pass on their wealth to their children knowing that Federal Gov't is going to commandeer their trust fund, why wouldn't you protect the assets that you wish to pass on.
Why is the Gov't entitled to it?

Most of those corporate entities are well know liberals,,,, how is this a "right" thing???

And, when are you going to realize,,, that the dems have the most millionaires in the congress and senate,,, and these people back their e******ns,, for favorable law making?

The people you "think" are for the "good" of "each according to his needs" are lying, c***ting, and stealing, while telling you otherwise and/or pitching a few pennies to imbeciles like seven grams,,, so he can continue feeding out of the govt trough,,,,,,,

You cannot pay one thief to save you from another,,, that is what is behind the teaparty movement,,,, they realize ALL are lying, and ALL need to be put back in their place.

When the left vilifies the teaparty as r****t etc,,, it is sheer ignorance and lies,,, the teaparty is telling the t***h,,, and those who truly want the status quo,,, continue to v**e their party,,, as though a breakthrough was on the horizon,,, it isn't a breakthrough,,,it is a cliff.

Hmmm...how many rich liberals are taking advantage of that, I wonder. While this may well qualify as tax evasion, I still have to ask - what the hell gives the government the right to take private citizen's money? Who's really greedy? People who want to hold on to what they've earned, people who want free stuff they don't have to work for, or people who want power, and the best way to get it is to seize the assets of one group and redistribute it to another?

This is a serious problem, and while it looks complex, it really isn't. Try to recognize more than one side of an issue once in while, why doncha?
