Of course he is a stupid criminal. However why hasn't any black person been charged yet? I am not being r****t at all. There are so many reports of this happening with black perps and yet no h**e crime charges. Why is that?

The federal charge of h**e crime may be coming depending on local charges and severity of injury. An attack on an elderly jesish guy has resulted in state charges in NY.

By state charges you mean h**e crime charges on the federal level have not been filed yet? I will watch this one and see if Holder will do so. So far this i***t white boy has been the only one. If you want to talk about r****m, Holder had enough evidence against the Black Panthers in 2008 for e******n intimidation yet did nothing. I know your post wasn't about r****m, just saying.
