Just what is a "Tax Credit for I*****l A***ns" comprised of ?? And just who was the sponsor of this legislation ? Does anyone know ? Damn! Just maybe I am upset over a false rumor and maybe this could just possibly be true. I*****l A***ns do not pay tax or report their income, if they have any income so just how in the world can they be getting a "tax Credit"?? This is beyond me.

$4.2 billion with what is called a tax payer identification number instead of a social security number.

Need to do more research on by whom but my guess is it got stuck it was one of those pieces of legislation no one actually got a chance to read before signing.

There’s a Loophole That Allows I*****l I*******ts to Claim Tax Credits, and a GOP Sen. Just Made a Big Move to Close It to Save Vet Benefits (UPDATED)

Most i*****l i*******ts (estimated 11 million--6 million of whom are from Mexico) work and taxes are paid--income tax withheld, soc. sec. & medicare taxes also...as well as state income & sales taxes paid. Since their wages are minimum, if they file income tax they probably qualify for return of much of income taxes withheld. Possibly that is what this ?tax credit"? reference you have heard of is about, perhaps not. I'm also at a loss with many references to this & that "big wrong" that I'm supposed to be indignant about...usually a political twist story line of no real meaning or it would in the news. I'm unsure whether i*****l i*******ts collect unemployment or file for return of overpaid taxes...I imagine since most have no documentation they don't. Rather an awkward situation with 11 million people perhaps most without drivers licenses, accident and health insurance living in the shadows.

They are not as silly as you think they are. If they want a tax return payment they have to be legal. if they are not, then their taxes go down the maw of the feds and they see nothing back (including FICA taxes).

So how do they reduce the amount of tax paid? Simple; W2 for maximum deductions, which reduces the actual withholding to Zero = pay no taxes (except FICA). And don't file.

Another way? Get paid in cash. Don't declare it.

And now, they get paid a tax "credit". Probably in cash. Using your money.

This is a subject on which I know nothing....surprise, surprise.
BUT....this might refer to i******s with children born in the US.
A friend was telling me about one of her relatives living with a illegal who had borne him several children. Not being married, though she and the children lived with the man who had a well-paying job, she availed herself of all sources of income from the government....and got a check for over $12,000. last year at tax time. I don't remember what this is called....except fraud and graft....but she does it every year.
This might be what is being referred to.

So, your not indignant about this.........................???

Tell you what, since it doesn't bother you to give wages you've earned to these people, why don't you get your check book out and start writing me checks. Since spreading your wealth around isn't a problem for you, why stop with them?

IRS criticized for payment of $4B to workers not legally in the U.S.

Many people who are not authorized to work in the United States and, as a result, unable to obtain a Social Security card are given ITIN cards to facilitate their filing of tax returns for the wages they have been paid. Although the law prohibits aliens residing without authorization in this country from receiving most federal public benefits, an increasing number file tax returns claiming the additional child tax credit, a refundable tax credit intended for working families.

The ITINs are not valid identification outside the tax system.

Some of the individual tax refund payments have ranged as high as $12,000 and several of the tax returns claimed as many as 10 to 12 nieces and nephews as dependent relatives, the vast majority of whom live in Mexico and Central and South America.

I read it, but it's the humanitarian thing to do, poor children didn't ask to be brought to this country against their will. We cloth them, feed them, house them, educate them they then s**m us and demand we let all of their relatives do the same.

BAAARF !!!

But it is kind of fun watching them heckle Obama.

No. it's about claiming children that live in another country, as a way to get money from the American government.

What's humanitarian about it?
Every year Americans have their homes foreclosed on and their property confiscated, or thrown into jail, by the government, for tax delinquency, because, they can't keep up with their taxes, so the IRS takes it from them and punishes them for it.

The IRS cannot confiscate people's property from another country, especially an i*****l a***n's and they certainly don't put them in jail for not paying their taxes.

Yet, the American citizens has to support himself, his family, pay his taxes and then support an i*****l a***n that pays no penalty for the burden he puts on others.

The IRS should be abolished! I don't care if we have a "flat tax" or a "fair tax", but the whole tax code needs to be thrown out and started from scratch! The IRS is nothing more than a "big stick" held over the heads of honest, tax-paying citizens by the government. It's the government's "attack dog" and it seems like i******s and "certain liberal" groups are "off-limits" to this "dog".

The IRS ( Internal Robbery Ser. ) is nothing more then the collection arm for the illegal -- non -- Fed. Reserve .They use our money to keep the masses happy and v****g for them .
1 House in Phoenix AZ had 4 adult males living in it who claimed all sorts of dependents and received $432,000 in tax refunds . How's that for ya America . D********g to say the least .
