I have said many times that Obama needed to be cut back from his unconstitutional changing of laws, deciding which ones to enforce, and other things like this. Now it seems that the House members are going to try to sue him in the courts for not enforcing the laws as he swore to do. They know that passing a thing like this through the House would be a waste of time with Dirty Harry and his merry gang of thieves controlling the Senate.

This will probably amount to nothing. The courts are too liberal to do anything about it, the justice dept is on obummer's side, and a lot of people (on the left) just don't care (as long as he keeps catering to them). It will be just like the "birth certificate" controversy: it will be "poo-poo'd" as a falsehood.

I love hearing that some elected officials are trying to do SOMETHING to slow Barry down, but as another poster suggested, I too seriously doubt the courts will do ANYTHING worthwhile. This Administration and the coming out of so many leftoids has succeeded in turning a positive outlook person (me) into a real pessimist. I expect NOTHING good to happen as long as the current crop of controllers is in DC.

I hope they just keep hammering at Obama until they are able to nail him. Yes, the Obamacare b.s. is bad enough. Equally, if not worse is his refusal to secure our border, "pardoning" children of i******s, and refusing to allow our ICE-agents and police to enforce immigration-laws. He is not only breaking his oath of office, but telling law-enforcement to break their oath of office also. This is CLEARLY TREASON! He is getting away with it because he appoints people in the "Justice Dept." and "Homeland Security" that are as corrupt as he is. Also helping him in his t*****rous agenda is the WHOLE Democratic Senate and the Republican Rhinos. They constantly lie and misrepresent facts to push this amnesty-trash. Meanwhile, the i******s keep pouring over our border unchecked to destroy our already weak economy. It is SO VERY CLEAR what they are doing. New v**ers for the Democratic Party and cheap-labor for the Republican Rhinos corporate-masters. The way this "government" is "run" is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Obama being impeached would be a great start and a great warning to the other t*****rs and would-be t*****rs in government!

Bill, emotionally I agree with you 100%. But........what happens when Obama is actually impeached and found guilty, but refuses to do as advised? If asked to resign and refuses to do so? What happens when an e******n is held, someone is elected as President but Obama won't exit the Oval Office, and the Atty Gen protects him? What happens when the IRS tells Congress to "get lost"? Who will intervene? And how?

So you think he has his job lined in perpetuity? I thought he may be able to do that in 8 years,back in 2008, but you and I agree that he has done it in less than 5 years.

I think the House will, eventually, see that impeachment is the only direction to take. So many people don't think impeachment will work since the Senate surely wouldn't v**e to throw him out. I had thought that way for a long time but have come to see that impeachment would stay as a blight on his record for history to deal with. I believe those House members who names are on this bill will push for impeachment and get it. I do wonder how many people like Landrieu might v**e for throwing him out just to keep their seats in the Senate. Maybe impeachment by the House would be a good way to find out, if it could be done before too deep into 2014. The sooner the better, I say.

I am not trying to be nasty, but the Republicans have their RINOs and the Dems have a few DINOs. In each case the thing concerns their being Republicans in name only and your Rhino is an abbreviation of rhinoceros. RINOs are to be h**ed by us and loved by Democrats. Now, can the RINOs in the House keep impeachment from coming? As long as the head RINO, John Boehner, has complete control they can but I believe that his heavy majority can force him into bringing impeachment to a v**e.

Tasine: if the Attorney General tries to protect Obama if he were to be impeached, then he should be arrested also. If necessary, let the military take them out of office. There are ALOT of veterans including myself that would gladly escort them out of the country. We won't soon be forgetting how the Demoncratic Senate and Republican Rhinos cut disabled/retired veterans pensions. We also won't soon forget how those cuts could have been avoided by closing a tax-loophole that allows illegal-immigrants to s**m 4.2 billion dollars a year. Obama's puppet, "Dirty Harry" Reid blocked it though.

Mr. Bill, I wonder when some leaner will decide to argue with you about the RINOs in the Senate v****g with the Demoncrats. I have heard so much from Democrats about how it was Republicans in the Senate who did that v****g but never word one about the Dems who the RINOs v**ed with.

The left leaners have been howling about Republicans not offering anything to create jobs, or replace Obamacare with but they manage to pass right on by the pile of House passed jobs bills that Dirty Harry is letting sit on his table. There have been so many jobs bills that he won't even allow to get to committee or debated on the floor that he would be buried if he knocked the pile over.

I don't know what to say except that obama needs to be impeached and all his cronies need to be fired. I don't know how it can be done but something needs too happen and quick before he ruins something else. He is the worst president we have ever had. He isn't as smart as he thinks he is. He's a con and a liar. He's not someone who needs to president of our great country. It's plain and simple.
