We need a check-clearing central bank but it should be part of the Treasury, away from the control of Wall Street.
The Bank of International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund, and the Federal reserve is owned by "The Crown" in London....with 57% ownership by the Rothschild dynasty.
We need to do as you say....but extend it to severing ties with this group of financial psychopaths.
And, re-instating the Banking Act of 1933, Glass-Stegall, will restore the firewalls between banking and investment.
It should be strengthened, to be frank, and end any and all speculative investments....junk bonds, derivatives, etc.
And....return FCC rules concerning media ownership, since 6 corps control 90% of the media.....
And....only allow limited individual contributions to campaigns...no "personhood" for corps, no superpacs, no unlimited individual donations, now in front of not so supreme court.
Those steps would begin to return the county to its people.
