It's for your own good they say. Yeah tell it to the 29 year old guy in NJ that took one to his head by 4 black men with rap sheet all long as your arm and one just 4 days out of prison. Jersey let predator's roam the street and bands law abiding people from defending themselves with a firea arm. But the bad guys all have a gun. Soon they will just take all the fire arms away, well not the bad guys.

Is that what the left thinks is good? Seems so.

To answer your rhetorical question, no, that is not what the left thinks is good. Take your meds.

Dear Richard

What does the left think? Any ideas how someone in the lawyer's situation could defend himself? Or should he have just given up the car and chalk it up to experience?

Even if he had a weapon it would have been a good chance he would have been caught off guard.

Perhaps VERY severe prison sentence for armed robbery.

You don't even come close to knowing what totalitarian rule is.

Richard

I suppose you have first hand experience living under totalitarian rule.

Please explain to us poor people that want to retain our freedoms what you mean.

Or is it that you do not have an explanation.

You are jumping to many conclusions, but I have been many times in one or more countries where there totalitarian rule exists. I have seen people crawl on the ground, face down in the dirt, when addressing govt officials.

From the tone of your post ("poor people") I can see that you are in an argumentative mood, and I am not going to be drawn into that.

Not jumping to conclusions. Just asking for your explanation.

If you have ever been to a country such as Tonga -- the last truly feudal country remaining on earth -- you will have seen true totalitarianism. The King controls everything. The people may theoretically have certain freedoms (I am not sure), but they certainly cannot practice them. The King has about 40 "nobles" whom he appoints to be in charge of various sections of the land. Cross the King or a noble and you are in deep s++t. I have been in Tonga a number of times.

Richard

What does Tonga have to do with freedom in the United States?

I do not want to imagine living under that totalitarian system.

I am looking for a way to protect the United States and our freedom!
