Please don"t limit your remarks just to the GOP..when Both sides CHANGED THEIR Biblical views on same sex marriage they widened that battlefield in the war against Christ...a war that they have already LOST,..because they are LOST!

Big difference between changing your views on gays and taking food out of the mouths of children and veterans.

Could you show me where Jesus spoke about homosexuality? The darnedest thing I can't find anything, anywhere.

I know it is spoken of in the Old Testament, and Paul mentions it in his letters, but I don't think Jesus mentioned it. He was into forgiving, not judging.

My point is that the War on Christ is hyperbole like: the war on drugs, the war on the poor, the war on....
and that Christ never mentioned it, I believe that Christ brought the message of the new covenant: The Law shall be written on you hearts.
I don't feel it is my place to judge the sanctity of marriage since it is a legal matter, but no where does Christ perform miracles at a gay wedding. It has become an ugly legal issue and if gays want to have it, I would say that their rights as citizens are being violated so be it. If gays want to pile up pleasures in life, so that they can suffer eternal damnation, that's their choice.

I agree. My original concerns are with cutting food stamps and not extending unemployment benefits. GOP seem to be more concerned with making the rich richer than helping the poor, but they are there to judge gays, women and races other than white.
Merry Christmas, we are taking away you unemployment and cutting your food stamps. They refuse to raise taxes on those who could easily afford it. In other words, they refuse to render unto Caesar when Caesar (Democrats) want to tax the wealthy and help the poor.

Old Testament
Leviticus 18:22
DO NOT PRACTICE HOMOSEXUALITY, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin.
New Testament
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
DONT FOOL YOURSELVES. THOSE WHO INDULGE IN SEXUAL SIN, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or PRACTICE HOMOSEXUALITY, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or c***t peopleNONE OF THESE WILL INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
In both these passages, it is VERY clear that PRACTICING homosexuality is a sin. Understanding Gods word makes it clear that being homosexual IS NOT a sin, PRACTICING homosexuality IS.
Therefore, to put it in another context
Luke 10:27
Love your neighbor as yourself.
Love the sinner
h**e the sin.

You really should speak to the Democrats about that one. The Republicans wanted to fund Veterans with money being used for wetback welfare. The Democrats blocked it. Vets get their benefits cut, wetbacks don't . What a country!
Where did Christ speak in either of your verses? Probably neither one. Corinthians written (maybe) by Paul A.D 55 maybe.

Why don't you research for yourself and find out.
Besides...it looks like my point was completely missed.

Yes there is a big difference....but War on Christ is still war.my point was merely to show you that both parties are guilty in one way or another...
