I don't know whether anyone here knows a lot about Agenda 21, the over 20 year old plan of the UN to take control of the world. I can promise you that there are a number of signs they are being very successful in pushing people out of the suburbs back into the cities and stacking them in maybe 8 story buildings of small apartments. They know that the more of their "Smart Growth" program they get installed the sooner they can be successful. I know few, if any, conservative people who believe that the program is the answer to anything. I know lots of progressive thinking people who have been taken in by it. Look around at your local governments and see how successful ICLEI has been in convincing people that "Smart Growth" is the way to go. Many of you may well be surprised to find out what has already been done in your local areas through ICLEI. If you don't know about that bunch then use Google and you can find a lot that I am sure most of you wouldn't like to find out.

It may not surprise you to learn that architects are some of the strongest supporters of this kind of nonsense and have been since the 1920's.

I am talking about the rounding up of our population and putting them in housing that can be served by rapid rail t***sportation and people can walk downstairs to get to the services they need most. I think you need to study up on Agenda 21 and what ICLEI has accomplished in many places before you try to use that argument to protect them.

Most of us, the 300 million, won't remain alive because there are too many of us to feed the way they want it done. Those who have been taken in by smart growth by ICLEI have already been had.

What I am saying is that there have been architects since the twenties who have championed this kind of thing. Just because it began back in the 1920's does not make it all right or excuse it. It actually makes the plans that much worse for having been around for so long.
