I'm watching the movie, tombstone. Just saw Mr Heston in his cameo appearance. My thought was: next to Teddy Roosevelt, Charleston Heston is my GREATEST American hero. Just a thought.

And your hero Charlton just turned over in his grave twice, the same amount of times, you misspelled his name!

Audie Murphy. Never a big star, except on the battlefield. Decorated 27 times for gallantry, including the Medal of Honor.

Yep, Murphy earned a chest load, along with the MoH, he earned the DSC, the Silver Star twice, Bronze Star twice, and Purple Heart 3 awards. That kid was a lean, mean fighting machine.

WOW, what a thought, a remake of "To Hell and Back". That would be AWESOME. Are there any movie directors out there with the balls ?

Teddy Roosevelt was America's first great liberal. He became a driving force for the Progressive Era in the United States in the early 20th century. He encouraged monopolies where the manufacturer's and the rail road got richer and the average worker got poorer. No monoplies were too big and their was no room for new business to start. But he was a Republican but a liberal one. He was all in to land grabs by the government etc. .
