It seems that Joe Biden spent over $1 million for two nights in London and Paris last month. Five Star hotels with about 130 rooms each night. That would be lots of protectors, helpers, etc. The State Department says that it isn't so much back through several Presidencies and one source I read, Daily Mail, spoke about Clinton spending over $42 in the 90s going to Africa, Europe and China.

This link won't give you pictures of these hotels like the Daily Mail did but ain't it something that they have to have 5 star for all the people who go along? I used Salon since some of our leaners seem to like it.
