Hello:
I would like to say or speak about the act and Involvement of having Congress write out some form of money support for women who live In the home. The virtues Is that once a wife leaves her husband and placed on the street or at family what kind of funding will she recieve once she lived with him for ten years or one and not anything recievable as in funds for her.

I want to say and that Is for her some type of funding for support for her on the road to claiming fund for herself thru a bill passed by you for support when the man do not wish to support her thru his funding by his Workman Compensation or Surivors Benefits,

When In need for support or until she recieve It thru an attorney. Can you do this because It's so greatly needed by women alone. When the man do not do his part in care of the wife.

Joann-
I have often pondered this same predicament. My mother,
bore 7 children and virtually raised them on her own. Albeit, my father was working full time. This was the only reason for his absence. However, they divorced when we all were out of college.
Now my mother is virtually destitute. I see the fundamental flaw in our system from this perspective. Nevertheless, it is not the Governments irresponsibility, to be involved in every economic domestic "Family Issue" . Family being the operative word.
If Family is not available to help. Then (in times past) the immediate infrastructure of the surrounding town, society, neighbors, etc would assist. Involving Government mandate in this scenario as in many others is wrong.
