It depends on what you consider elderly.
My kids thought I was elderly in my mid-30s.

If you read what was said, they do not say elderly pregnant females. The conversation if stitched together poorly. When elderly is used it refers back to the earlier part of the comment.

You are looking for something that is not there.

Selective editing is not fair, and the true contex is often changed, but I never hear the complaints when Obama, Pelosi or any other democrat is "quoted" by selective editing, especially on the faux infotainment network.

BoJester, you are completely right. None of those i***t hosts had any idea of what they were talking about. The guest's sole topic was the cuts being made to MEDICARE ADVANTAGE plans (for people age 65 and over). Hasselbeck thought it applied to younger women still in their child-bearing age, and the other i***t called it a "supplement" and suggested that AARP has an alternative. MEDICARE ADVANTAGE IS NOT A MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT!!!!! It is simply HMO-type Medicare, as opposed to regular fee-for-service Medicare in which you can go to any doctor who accepts Medicare patients (most of them).

Medicare Supplements are separate insurance policies; they pay the 20% that Medicare doesn't pay. They are unnecessary with Medicare Advantage plans.

It's pretty obvious that none of the responders to your post know what they are talking about either. (I have held an active life & health insurance agent's license for the past 21 years, btw.)
