I have suffered from benign essential tremor for some twenty years. This manifests itself as involuntary shaking of my right hand (only), esophageal spasms and also in my peripheral neuropathy.
I began ingesting 200 mgs of magnesium citrate twice a day. In ONE day the hand tremors quit! The spasms quit! My neuropathy has since retreated to the toe area where I first noticed it. After two weeks, I have seen no ill effects; only good.
I am a newbie and posted because I could find no other site I cared to comment in. I am nearly as old as dirt (I know, very trite) but, find most comments to be extremely polite AND helpful. Just want to pass this along.
KGs, I am glad the magnesium helps. Age doesn't mean anything, just a number, you stay as strong as you can, we need folks like yourself to look to for advice/wisdom/perspective, thanks for stopping through friend. best, 73
