The laws aren't the issue either, its reinforcing what is already good law, if they tried using a few of them and we wouldn't be where we are right now!!!
Why then are terrorists on no fly lists and in the case of the Orlando shooter being investigated by the FBI allowed to legally buy guns

It might be hard for them to keep track of all the terrorist since Obama has had much of the information suspected terrorist shredded because it is racial profiling so I heard from another site

When Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik massacred 14 people in San Bernardino, California, last December, newly retired Department of Homeland Security agent Philip Haney discovered that a case he developed might have prevented the attack if it had not been shut down by his agency and Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

Now, Haney tells WND that the mosque where Orlando k**ler Omar Mir Siddique Mateen worshiped several times a week also has a tie to that case.

He noted that the FBI twice had Mateen on its radar, but closed down the investigations both times.

Mateen opened fire early Sunday morning at a “gay” nightclub in Orlando, k*****g at least 50 people and wounding another 53 in what is being described as the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.

DHS agent Philip Haney’s blockbuster revelations of the federal government’s appeasement of s*********t Islam are told in his new book “See Something Say Nothing”

As a member of one of the National Targeting Center’s advanced units, Haney helped develop a case in 2011 on a worldwide Islamic movement known as Tablighi Jamaat, as he recounts in his new book “See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad.”

Within a few months, the case drew the “concern” of the State Department and the DHS’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Office because the Obama administration believed it unfairly singled out Muslims. The intelligence, however, had been used to connect members of the movement to several terrorist organizations and financing at the highest levels, including for Hamas and al-Qaida.

In the immediate aftermath of the Orlando massacre, Haney has found that the Islamic Center of Fort Pierce, Florida, is part of a network in the United States that originated in the Indian subcontinent.

The Fort Pierce mosque’s website features a link that demonstrates its relationship to the Shariah Board of America, a division of the Rahmat-e-Alam Foundation, which operates the Darul Uloom Chicago madrassa.

The madrassa is closely affiliated with the Institute of Islamic Education, which was a major component of Haney’s Tablighi Jamaat case.

Along with the State Department’s and Department of Homeland Security’s quashing of the case in June 2012, the administration subsequently ordered the deletion of an additional 67 records related to a report on the Institute of Islamic Education.

Haney explained that this kind of information comprises the “dots” that counter-terrorism analysts connect to form cases that are used to identify potential terrorist threats.

“This case struck me as very similar to the San Bernardino shooting case,” Haney told WND on Sunday. “I suspected that they were both part of a national and international network of organizations.”

He said that using open-source information, beginning with the Islamic Center of Fort Pierce, he discovered Sunday afternoon that his initial suspicions were correct.

“It’s exactly how I would have approached a case if I was still active duty,” he said.

“The FBI had opened cases twice on him, and yet they found no evidence to charge him,” Haney pointed out.

“It means they didn’t go through the same basic, analytical process that I went through over a three- or four-hour period in which I was able to link the mosque to my previous cases.”

The Orlando Sentinel reported the FBI interviewed Mateen three times for having alleged terrorist ties. He came to the FBI’s attention in 2013 after he made inflammatory remarks to co-workers, but the investigation was closed.

In 2014, he was interviewed again for making contact with a suicide bomber.

Another member of the Fort Pierce mosque, 22-year-old Moner Mohammad Abusalha, blew himself up in an attack in Syria in 2014 with an explosives-laden truck

Islamic Law in America

Haney noted that the Shariah Board of America to which the Fort Pierce mosque is linked is one of a number of Islamic groups that issue fatwas, or decrees, instructing Muslims how to comply with Islamic law in the United States.

The fatwas of the Shariah Board and similar groups often address competing loyalties, such as whether American Muslims should join the U.S. military or work for the U.S. government.

He urges Americans to confront the reality that Shariah is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution.

He pointed out Article VI of the Constitution states the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

“As long as we mislead ourselves with a false narrative about the threat we face, we’re never going to come to the place where we can develop a counter-strategy to it,” he said.

Because he was "Cleared", you know, just like the two in the Boston bombing..We had been told by Russia not once, but twice, of them but our FBI cleared them too, found no reason to suspect them for anything...

Our FBI had "investigation with this monster 2013, 2014," and yet he was easily able to purchase weapons because he had been cleared for his "security job requiring him to have a gun" ..

Check this out, can you imagine if this guy had gone to Disney World as he was planning~Also, here is his wife who knew her husband was scouting place to hit and yet did not report him??? This is exactly what I mean about ~~they are either with this country or against it!!! She had every moral and legal obligation to make his plans known, yet did nothing...Mosque that we know are conducting more than just their Sharia Law religion should be shut down, those known to be involved tried and sent out of this country...

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/06/13/mateen-scouted-disney-world-deciding-pulse-nightclub/

<snip>Salman told police that she was aware her husband had been “scouting Downtown Disney and Pulse [nightclub] for attacks. Unlike the four Disney World theme parks, Downtown Disney, which was recently renamed Disney Springs, doesn’t have security and bag check before entry,” a federal law enforcement source told PEOPLE.

Mateen and Salman married in 2013 after a short marriage to his now ex wife, Sitora Yusufiy, in 2009-2011.

The Washington Post is reporting that it seems that Salman had also left Mateen in the weeks leading up to the terrorist attack because he had become increasingly religious.

“Mateen later had a son with another woman who also appears to have left him and declined to comment when reached at her current home. But one friend said Mateen became steadily more religious after his divorce and went on a religious pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia,” People claims.<snip> More to the article.......

Islam the religion of peace of Obama!
Taliban k**led 12 captives in front of hundreds of people, official says. In the Iraq, ISIS k**led 300 captive women and young girls for refusing to have SEX for the ISIS men. ISIS had recently k**led 2 officers in Paris, France. ISIS had just recently beheaded Christians in the Middle East. Omar Mateen an ISIS admirer and follower, k**led just 50 and wounded 53 Americans in Orlando, Florida.

President Obama refuses to call this k**ler as RADICAL ISLAM. Fact was he blamed Trump for the k*****gs of this radical Islam. Obama is out of his mind. Instead of protecting the American people as president, he defends the enemies of the American people and blames Trump. Trump has vowed to fight and defend the American people. He will put Americans first.

Hillary and Obama are campaigning together instead of Obama working for the American people that he is paid to do. He works for his own interest to protect and further his power as he helps Hillary win the e******n. Both of them will protect each other from their crimes to the American people.

The list of those that would use the guns in a less than approved actions is quite long & includes many who don't want to give up their guns,

Just how can that be done with out taking guns from some that feel they have that right.

There is a fine line between some to not have guns & the law that says every one has that right.

I for one will take the risk of living in a world of justice that says you a innocent until proven guilty.

Rather than trying them for their spoken thoughts & speech.

As the rule of law is opened up to go after those protected by free speech. Free speech becomes less free.

So I say have your guns & I will only hope that I stay out of any line of fire.

I don't feel my having a gun or every one having guns will increase my personal safety.

The justice you would like to see done may work

But until there is meaningful action on gun control taken the situation will only continue.

I would like to add to that. I have no fear that my guns will be taken. I do believe in suspected or currently investigated people who may become a threat with a fire arm should not legally be able to acquire one. I have no problem with the Republican idea of an appeal process for such designated individuals but definitely work on keeping potential mass k*****gs reduced in frequency and number.

So tell me Jim. If there is a bully in the school yard hitting everyone with a stick is the answer to give everyone a stick or take the stick away from the bully?

And some might still have guns but they won't be able to walk into a store and buy a weapon capable of mass murder would they. We should at least make them work for it Jim and semiautos might be so expensive that a putz like this guy simply couldn't afford it, so he might just have to settle for a six shooter. Far easier to take down when the bad guy has to stop every six shots to reload don't you think...

This administration is not able to act on reducing gun violence because it is met with opposition from a radical congress that is power drunk and is only approved of by 9% of all v**ers. As long as the current set up exists no following administration will accomplish any thing. The very idea that our 2nd amendment rights are going to be taken is absurd. It is a smokescreen used to dazzle the people and keep anything from being done period. The worst thing is Gun stores get sold out and weapons manufacturers see increased orders every time the cry "They are coming for our guns" goes out. Some one is getting rich and they definatly want nothing done that will reduce their panic driven sales.
