I am a member of Scientology and have learned a lot about the human mind. Scientology knows a lot more about the human mind then what psychiatrist do. I bet none of you can show me one person who has been cured by a psychiatrist many of their patients end up torture to death in mental wards according to what I have been taught at Scientology. Most babies born in single family home are abuse by boy friends. I learned this a long time ago in the navy. Folks if all they hear is how no good they are that is the way they are going be. Many leader I seen in the navy should not have been in charge of anything. They did not understand that people act the way you expect them to act. One assumption has a self full filling prophecy If you think they are useless they will be useless. If you think they are superb they will be superb. I was a damn good leader. I run the weapon assembly crew aboard the USS Enterprise and later the USS Constellation. I never miss one mission not being ready to go. I had forty sailor and marines working for me. People have to trust their leaders and know they will never be lied to and always treated right. Me many of my officer would pat me on the back and stab me with a knife with the other . This is a very complex subject . Due to my experience , college and Scientology I know a lot about it but there is just not room. L RON Hubbard the founder of Scientology was given a crew out of Portsmouth Navel Prison. It was rated the number one submarine chaser in the navy. We do not need Mexican worker we have lot of fine young worker, But no one to lead them. It takes a lot of sk**l to lead minimum age workers they are not getting a hell of a lot out of it.

No BoJester, I do not jump up and down on couch. I jest got back from San-Antonio Texas. I got my Ar15 about six month ago. I was down at the Alex Jones open carry demonstration at the Alamo.. I was the guy with the Ar15 on his back.357magnum holstered on his hip. 12 gage Winchester in his right hand. Go back and reread the post. Leave out the Scientology and some other things. Think about the very valid point of expectations. If we treat an individual as if they do have the ability to learn and perform successfully, many times it will be enough to create success. The phrase self fulfilling prophecy can be applied many times.

For many years, I have been a volunteer tutor in grammar, etc. I, also, do editing for high school and college students on major written projects. It has been my experience the more I tell someone they CAN learn the parts of speech, punctuation, etc. the more likely it is they will. Will they be at the top of their class, maybe yes and maybe no; however, they can improve. With my high school and college individuals, it is a "look" and statement saying, "I know you know better. Try again. Use that brain of yours. It is in your brain. Bring it out." Do any of them always get As, maybe not. The object is to improve the sk**l set.

Now, since you are always concerned about my female issues and underwear proclivities, I need to go put on a new incontinence undergarment.
