As far as I can tell, it looks a lot like a kindergarten play. Is there any audio of the man behind the "fainting" woman? If no one said anything behind Obama, his turning at that moment is proof positive it was staged, and so very, very poorly. The woman holding the pregnant woman (is she really pregnant?) does not even turn to her friend (is it her friend?) at the start of the swoon, just keeps smiling and looking away. Too funny. This is not a conspiracy theory; it is a bad carnival act.
