Americans Want a F*****t Police State!

If you haven’t realized the state of ignorance that exists among our fellow citizens in the United States of America, then you may be about to learn a hard lesson.

Author and activist Mark Dice recently strolled among the shoppers and passers-by on the boardwalk in San Diego trying to get signatures supporting his petition to strengthen the “police state” in America. You might think that Mr. Dice would have a hard time trying to convince freedom loving Americans that a police state is a good idea, but you’d be wrong.

As you can clearly see in the video of his efforts, Americans are happy to sign on if it means safety and security.

The petition signers don’t even need to be fooled into signing away their freedom; just read some of what Mr. Dice said.

“They’re trying to cut the budget by 20 per cent so we just want to make sure that we can model the police state after the N**i Germany system… Thanks for supporting the police state.”

“We’re going to model it after the N**i Germany-style police state…”

“We need this Orwellian-style system to keep everybody safe.”

Can we be surprised at stuff like this anymore? Isn’t this the natural state of most Americans? Passionately disinterested in anything to do with politics or the government? One of the most common retorts I hear when I tell people they need to be more involved in politics and more up to date on current events, is that they just aren’t that interested. “I don’t like politics.” “I don’t have time to watch, read or listen to the news.” “I’m just not that interested.”

periclesSadly, you can’t afford to not be interested. As Pericles said, “Just because you do not take an interest in politics… does not mean that politics won’t take an interest in you.”

We must be educating people on what the government is doing, and we must make the information easily accessible and easy to understand. Otherwise we’ll continue to raise generations of people who would gladly sign over all of our liberty and freedoms.

Interesting you should post this now. I just made comments earlier this morning in two other threads telling people this, not creeping socialism, is the real threat to our liberties and America: the Patriot and the powers granted to agencies like the NSA.

Fear is presently dictating where America is going.

The biggest problem here is people are not paying attention. How many of the 20-30 year olds even know what this means? They are not taught anything anymore. The world is filled with anti-semitism, especially on college campuses. These fools don't realize this evil will fall on them too. I also believe this isn't socialism our government is pushing I believe it is c*******t/marxist government. When McCarthy fought them it proved to be right. When Raegan fought them he was right. Swines like the left went underground and waited. Now with the fraud-in-chief they have all come out. There are many in government and academia. Look around at the blue states look at DHS with their private m*****a look at EPA with their armed guards. I really don't know what it will take for the fools to realize this. These will be the same morons who will wake up and say what the hell happened? If we don't stand for our History who will?

When I went to college, my professor was a keen advocate on the term that "A student will rise to the teachers expectations". Its just not so now days, I could go on and on and on with a myriad of quotes of whats wrong but you sound intelligent and as though you have a goodly amount of common sense, the thing is this generation just doesn't have that any longer, and they really don't give a s**t if they do or not.
Its all about what do I have coming to me and how fast can I get my share of it, free food stamps, free phones, free medical, free, free, free, with no clue as to the reality that even though you get it for free, "SOMEONES GOT TO PAY FOR IT UP FRONT", so herein lies thew rub, you cant force someone to learn, you can teach all you want till the cows come home or your blue in the face, but if they're not interested in what your teaching, your just wasting your breath and k*****g time.

It's like that saying, getting low information v**ers to get interested in politics is like trying to teach a pig to sing, you will fail and irritate the pig
