Paul Harvey speaks about the Devil

I see so much t***h in these words from 1965 that can be seen very easily today. Harvey wasn't one of the favorites of liberals but then he told the t***h about them and their agenda that is being used by Obama and the Democrats today.

Nearly 4 million people have viewed or listened to this from YouTube. Why not make yourself one of the new listeners?

I simply loved Paul Harvey, and used to listen to his radio broadcast in the early '70's. I do miss him. I had one of his paperback books and read so many interesting stories.
The devil however is this: An exteremly dominating person, like a dictative person is labeled as Satan. Someone who takes a persons, or peoples freedom away from them. The devil however, is a person of the same, but with unresolved bad issues from childhood mixed with all types of drug addictions, alcohol addictions that has rotted away inside their heart and soul. The essence of pure evil is spawned through this, takes over that now empty inside rotted away person, and becomes a walking breathing devil among us. He k**ls us everyday, just as you read in our headlines of mass shootings and such. Just like a rot that begins within an apple, left unchecked, it eventually rots the whole thing (just a principle of comparison).

Harvey surely did see what we are watching today clear back there, over 45 years ago. He must have known what was coming.

I recall his story of how Walt Disney got started. As a boy he said, Walt was walking under a tree where an owl was perched on a branch. The owl began hooting at him over and over for being there. Walt was annoyed that the owl would not shut up and began throwing rocks at it. A fairly good sized rock hit the owl and it fell onto the ground where the young Walt stomped it to death. Walt remain very remorseful for what he'd done, and through guilt as he continued to grow up, he eventually dev**ed his life to the celebration of animals. There were so many stories of his that I would listen to and read. As I said, I miss him.

My oldest son who is no kind of religious Christian misses him more than even I do. He came to really like him when he was beginning his tech school in 2000 and tried never to miss him one day from then on. I remember hearing him do this one in 1965 and am amazed at how much it sounds like what we are experiencing today. Paul could have convinced a lot of people if he had lived long enough but he died before most people really saw I Won for what he is.

What was his Salutation at the end of each story and broadcast?? "And that is the rest of the story"??? I don't think that was it. Do you remember?

He said, "Paul Harvey, good day" at the end of this one and that is what I remember being his salutation. His introduction was always "the rest of the story" after he introduced the topic and told most of the story.
