From what I just read the house has agreed to every demand Obama has made with just a single attachment. That both the legislative and the executive branches of government not be excluded from the ACA.
He refused to accept the offer.

Sadly, I must agree, not just Obama though as I believe everyone of those, in both house and senate, eagerly bending knee be included in being thrown from office. Come on people what are you waiting for? When the police and military begin knocking on doors it'll be way too late.
