Was unable to hear the clip, but I am pretty sure I know essentially what he said. And I agree with his views 100%. Obamacare, like welfare, makes serfs out of all citizens who must exist under it. When one's very existence depends on certain politicians v****g FOR your needs, one will do wh**ever he is told to do, usually without questioning the wisdom of same. S***ES

It's really hard to trust in most politicans these days when so much is on the line. Mostly I think they are just trying to get re-elected. I am hoping for a NEW party to take control of our broken constitution and bring back the days of honesty as we once knew it.

I think that rather than take on the task of a new party, try working with the Libertarian Party which already has an "in" re e******ns. It ran a very conservative candidate against Obama in 2012, and I tried to get as many pubbies as possible to v**e for him.

I think the biggest drawback with pubbies joining up with the Libertarian Party is that it is totally for individual liberties, and I suspect the drug and the a******n issues would be a k**ler re the pubbies, but I am STRONGLY opposed to a******n on demand, yet belong to the Libertarians. I do support the legalization of drugs in that what we are doing now eats up so much money, creates so much crime, uses up police services that could be used for the catching of murderers, rapists, thieves, etc. I am also quite a freedom freak. I want freedom above and beyond anything else, and both pubbies and dems are k*****g it daily. After I left the Republican Party, I joined the Libertarian Party because I think it has the best chance of beating either of the 2 "official parties". I urge you and all to consider such.

I think we need to look at this as a war, one that we cannot win without using very basic principles of war. We must stop appeasing them and letting them suck us into oh can't we just get along or compromise our principles away.

I have no doubt you are correct. My problem is that I don't actually know what can and cannot be done when the law says you can't do what the US Constitution says you CAN do. What we need is Judge Andrew Napolitano leading us!

Gibbs: Obamacare Roll Out 'Excruciatingly Embarrassing,' People in Charge Should Be Fired

Let's just say this is excruciatingly embarrassing for the White House and for the Department of Health and Human Services," said Gibbs. "This was bungled badly

In many ways you are correct but the real t***h is we don’t even know what the law says and most of our politicians and judges don’t know either! For example USC 26 stands for United States Code 26 and it’s the income tax code. It was never passed by congress into law and it was never signed by any president into law but it is somehow supposed to be the income tax law! We rely on judicial administrators (judges) to interpret the codes we think are laws and most of the time they just guess or use their biased opinions. Judge Napolitano said himself some of the best judges were not lawyers and that is the direction we should heading. GET RID OF THE LAWYERS AS JUDGES FIRST!

Then they freely change meaning of the US Constitution. One great example was the Kelo vs New London case where they interpreted eminent domain as for the " public good" . As written it says " public use". Far different meaning.

YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! I'm all for that! And get them out of Congress as well. THEY are the cause of all the convoluted legislation. Real people could do a MUCH better job of writing an understandable law.
