The Alabama Supreme Court case re Obama's eligibility is different from all the others in that it appears that the evidence will be heard and a ruling that he is or is not eligible will be rendered.
Over a hundred cases have been filed and NOT ONE JUDGE OR COURT HAS ACTUALLY HEARD THE EVIDENCE AND ISSUED A RULING THAT OBAMA IS OR IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO OCCUPY THE WHITE HOUSE. I saw a news clip video in which a U.S. Supreme Court justice said very plainly, "We are evading the issue".
