The premise is that they can get to the point where there are enough people v****g for a living to overwhelm the v****g power of those who work for a living.
Dave I am pretty sure that the Obama people think they have made it to that point today. Too many people throughout history have stated that once the e*****rate finds that it can v**e itself money, other people's money that is, they will, in their dependency be taking all the money from the tax payers. So much was made of the 47% but they were and still are there.
