I don't think it was ready as has been proven by the incapacity of the system that could have done the trick. In listening to Bill O'Reilly with Gretchen Carlson I realize what the real problem with it is. He said that only 4 people in DC thought it was ready and I have to make that 5. Jay Carney, Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were named by O'Reilly and I would add one name, Joe Biden to that list.

Everybody else knew it wasn't ready to go yet but couldn't convince Obama is wasn't or they just didn't try knowing how thin skinned he is.

O'Reilly said that he thinks we need at least another year to get it ready and then we can just throw it in the e******n for people to v**e on. It was just goo much of a change for us to try to achieve so fast. I like the part about letting people know how much more it will cost them and then v****g yes or no on. What say you?
