I am new here. I live in a small town and the news that the newspaper here is always a day or two late.
Before I had to leave late yesterday afternoon, Pelosi had said the Dems and she(they) were offering to give in and not only on the shutdown but the budget being at the same point under sequestration as it was for this year. What happened - were there riders that made it unclean to pass as she said?
