Obama is not a natural born Citizen or has renounced such citizenship, he is simply not eligible for the Office of President (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be elected by the v**ers, by the E*******l College, or by the House of Representatives (see Amendment XII). For neither the v**ers, nor the E*****rs, nor members of the House can change the constitutional requirement, even by unanimous v**e inter sese (see Article V). If, nonetheless, the v**ers, the E*****rs, or the members of the House purport to elect Obama, he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.

Betty, No-one wants to touch this birther issue anymore and I personally share your frustration. Sheriff Joe had him cold and everyone ignored him. I will be labeled a r****t for what I'm about to say but I can not think of any other reason no-one will call him out except the fact that he is BLACK and the country does not want to loose the warm fuzzy feeling by impeaching it's first black president. Plus it would create a firestorm by negating everything he has and I say this with tongue in cheek, has accomplished to date. It will take decades to overcome this president's actions if we can at all.
