Yes , separation of church and state should remain absolute . Now if we could just separate from the Rothschild central bank we could take our country back .
I mostly agree that our founders were free thinkers . The exception being Alexander Hamilton who was a representative of the Bank of England and should be exposed for the treasonous bastard he was .

Trying to rewrite history won't change things,the founding fathers most assuredly were Christians, maybe you should read the long list of things they wrote on the subject of God and country, what they did not want was a state religion. You will not find separation of church and state in the Constitution. Like so much of the Godless statist agenda the opposition of a state sponsored religion has been twisted to further the goal of less freedom, and more government control, because if your rights are granted by God, no government has the right to take them from you, if your rights are granted by the state, they can, and usually do seek to take them from you. It's truly amazing to adhere to an ideology that has failed every time it's been tried, and one that depends on deceit and force to implement.

Nowhere in our Constitution does it mention the word religion except for in exclusionary terms. The words Jesus, God, Christianity or Bible are never mentioned, not even once.

America is a Christian nation because it is largely inhabited by Christians. However it wasn't meant to be a Christian nation for Christians, that is Evangelican nonsense and those are the ones who want an American theocracy. That is the ONLY thing I'll come close to common ground with an atheist.

That being said this whole atheist revisionism for atheists trying to desperately paint the Founding Fathers as atheists is only to serve in pushing forth an atheistic statism agenda.

Founding Fathers were mostly deists, not Christian and I think one was atheist but maybe because it was Alexnader Hamliton who sold his soul to the bank. Go easy on me on that one, AuntiE.

Bear in mind that the Constitution was written to avoid a theocratic state owned church like in England (one of the many reasons for independence) but it was also in place to protect the rights of people to worship any god they wanted and in their own way. I don't see why you atheists get so up in arms that if there is any mention of "God" you automatically connect it with Christianity. Pull your head out of your asses before you die of asphyxiation.

Bottomline most Americans in general want to worship God but do not want some evangelist brow beating them to worship that god or this god in their way or having some atheist asshole get in their face "there is no god! You're so stoopid!!!11oneone"

Well then I apologize you feel that way but after reading the Federalist Papers and a few old dusty books not riddled with revisionism I come to that conclusion Alexander Hamilton is my least favorite of the Founding Fathers. You sound like you are a good friend of Jefferson's. In reading those pro-revsionist books I found that Jefferson really disliked Hamilton because Washington always went to Hamilton for advice when Jefferson thought it should have been him since he was the Secretary of State. Yep, Hamilton was always my favorite of the bunch because he gave Washington extremely good advice as to founding a nation.

You been reading the 2nd Amendment like a progressive, I think. Back in the day I read that thing just like you seem to but then I had to change my thinking when the Democrat party left me standing and nominated that long list of socialists.

I see it entirely different especially since Obama, Feinstein and the bunch wanted to interpret the Amendment in their words. Didn't Obama once say that words mean things? I guess he forgot he said that.
